For someone who had all but given up, this was the last straw. And she did have it all. This wasn't just some plain woman, standing in an empty and dilapidated arena, wearing a blue dress. This was Kyogre. Lord of the Ocean. Blessed by Arceus himself. And yet she had never felt so lonely, so powerless. It didn't matter how much control she had, there was one thing she couldn't change: that despite whatever she wanted, deep inside, Groudon would never lover her again.
She bowed her head. The pain. She could feel it in her bones. Her inner self longed to come out, but she was unable to allow it. This abandoned place, this sanctum for past victories, would be where she laid her own accomplishments to rest. After all, she had failed. She was Chiharu now. Chiharu didn't have responsibility. Chiharu wasn't bound by Arceus, or by any other being. She was impudent. Irrational. Furious. The leviathan churned in her soul. Rain. She wanted rain.
So it began.
A soft drizzle at first. Light droplets. She caught them in her slender hands and appreciated each one. Perhaps these droplets would be her only companions from here on out. She was beginning to doubt in her domain. Did the water Pokemon love her anymore? Did they revere her? Or did they fear her? Maybe they hated her because she had forgotten about her destiny. She'd strayed so far away. So here she was. In an abandoned bowl. With only her rain to console her.
Chiharu thought that maybe she should lash out. Rayquaza wasn't around, so who could stop her? Suddenly, dangerous ideas began to flood her mind. She had it right in the beginning. The best thing to do to a corrupt world was to destroy it. Quench it. Purge it of evil.
The rain poured harder.
To anyone who sought her out, this would be an interesting meeting. Chiharu was vulnerable; she could be swayed.

Kaylee was in her adult form once again, finding it a bit more useful in some ways better then her human form. But she still rather be in her child form. With Mismagius by her side Kaylee started to explore the darker parts of the city. She was not scared as if anyone tried to attack she could use her own powers to defend hersef. Of course not at full power as people would think something was up. And she did have her trusted friend Mismagius at her side. As she walked Kaylee looked up at the sunny sky, she had picked to do this on a bright sunny day as it make the more scary parts of the city seem less freighting. But then something happened that made her blink. Suddenly out of no where rain clouds formed and it started to down pour.
Kaylee then used her physic powers to keep herself from getting wet from the seemingly random down pour. " This is strange... Something does not feel right..." Kaylee muttered to herself. Mismagius nodded, "Indeed.. Though may I suggest we take cover till it passes?" the ghost pokemon suggested. Kaylee nodded as she looked around and saw a rather old building, it looked like some parts had fallen apart but it was better then nothing. So she then ran into the run down building taking shelter where she could. But as soon she entered Kaylee felt something. The only feeling she got when ever she was around another legendary who was using their powers.
Kaylee's heart started to race, " There is someone here.." She said as she then started move again. Mismagius blinked following without saying a word. And soon she came to the area Chiharu was standing. Kaylee stared at the woman as she read her surface thoughts. As it would be rude to read any deeper then that. But what she got made her gasp a little as she placed a hand over her mouth. " Its Kyogre! but something is wrong.." Kaylee said with her thoughts to Mismagius.
Something was wrong.. Kaylee could feel the anger coming from the fellow legendary. Kaylee was unsure what to do.. But she could not just stand there and do nothing. With a look of determination Kaylee stepped out into the open though took a whole new temporary human form. Just in case if things went badly she did not need Kyogre knowing one of her main forms. Now she looked like a red head with short hair wearing a T shirt jeans and running shoes. At this hint Mismagius hid from site. "K-Kyogre? Please don't be alarmed, I'm Mew. Is something the matter?" Mew said with her thoughts to the other legendary. And got herself ready for anything that could happen.

Chiharu's heel clicked and she turned around, whipping her body violently in a circle. In her right arm, she held a small bundle of energy: what looked to be a concealed electric attack. Her eyes were wild. No longer their 'human' shade of blue, her irises shined a bright yellow, her sclera turning black. An intruder! Gritting her teeth, the ball in her palm grew larger and crackled about her arm.
'Ky-Kyogre? Please don't be alarmed, I'm Mew. Is something the matter?' I'm Mew. I'm Mew.
Chiharu stalled. The electricity disappeared. Her eyes returned to normal. The rain began to soften. 'The progenitor' she thought. Just what was Mew doing here? How did she know where she was? Chiharu was beginning to wonder if her disguise was that terrible that someone knew right away. Of course, she wasn't exactly thinking straight. Of course Mew knew who/what she was. A psychic Pokemon with amazing intellect normally had the capacity to make such a deduction, let alone an ancient legendary Pokemon that was probably older than she was. Chiharu couldn't exactly confirm that fact: the two were born in entirely different regions. Still, it was well known that the blood of Arceus was coursing through Mew's veins. She was considered by many to be the first Pokemon. The first following the creator, that is.
So Chiharu had to wonder: was Mew reporting on Arceus' behalf? She couldn't bear to face him in her time of weakness. She wasn't strong enough...to kill him. The tall girl rolled her shoulders and sauntered toward her subject. Her sorrow loomed over her, even with the calming of the rainfall. Somewhere deep down, she was relieved to be in Mew's company. On the surface, however, she was angry. Angry that no one would help her. Angry that she was alone. Furious...and hurt. "Why are you here, Mew?" she asked aloud. Her tone was unbelievably hostile for a wom(on) in distress. It was like she was asking Mew to, well, ask again. This was a legendary who needed a shoulder to cry on. 'Everything is wrong.' And it was true. She was alone. An even graver concern was that she was abandoning her duties, which had the ability to adversely affect the planet.
And yet there was hope. There she stood. 'Kaylee', as it were, standing there in a pink shirt.

Mew's eyes grew wide as she then flinched back at first when it seemed like Kyogre was going to attack her, she then got ready to defend herself. But thankfully it seemed Kyogre got her message and stopped, though now Mew was really sure she should not be here. But at the same time felt like she needed to. As something was very wrong with Kyogre.. Mew had to wonder what happened but she was not going to ask as she did not want to snoopy. And reading her mind was put of the question unless Kyogre gave her the ok to so. When Kyogre started to walk over her to her Mew could feel the anger coming off the fellow legendary. When she asked why she was here Mew bit her lip before answering. " I was just exploring and came here to take shelter from the sudden rain. I had no idea you where here." Mew said looking as nervous as she felt. But she was telling the truth and hoped Kyogre could see that. Mew had no idea what to do really besides being a listening ear for Kyogre. " Did something happen Kyogre? Why are you so angry?" Mew asked truly wanting to help. Mean while Mismagius stayed in the shadows and just hoped Mew knew what she was doing.
( Sorry for the wait and such a short post.. >.<)

Did something happen Kyogre? Why are you so angry? The question perturbed her more than it should have. Why was she angry? Why wasn't she furious? No, in fact, Chiharu was quite furious. She should have been livid. Livid that her life was crumbling in front of her. Livid that she was now a disenchanted legendary without a purpose. Nowhere to go but the deepest depths of the ocean. Meant to be alone. Forever.
Her indignation had some reason behind it, as rejection was a sentiment that brought a lot of pain to many people. The problem with Chiharu was that she couldn't forgive and move on. She had pined for centuries and would continue to pine until the pain stopped - until Groudon, no, Chikyu, loved her again. It was that simple. Without that rock in her life, she felt melancholic, unambitious and self-destructive. Those dark feelings were beginning to seep out into the world around her. If she wanted, the rain she created could become a thunderstorm in an instant. She could flood the whole coliseum. She could push that even further and flood the district. Or maybe the city. Yes, she liked that idea.
Chiharu's sclera immediately turned black, her irises shifting from blue to yellow. She turned to Mew and flashed her a devious grin. "I have nothing" she hissed, her expression quickly becoming a little more than agitated. Her devilish smile twitched with anticipation. Should she start her conquest here? Start a new ocean, right in the middle of Remoor? It seemed like a good idea. For the time being, the beast was taking over. Her primal urge, given to her by Arceus, to carve out the land, was starting to take hold. With her sanity compromised, it was unlikely that she would rethink this rash decision. Mew was going to have to step up and calm her, otherwise there was no stopping her.
'Hope is here.'
Chiharu suddenly settled, her awful smile fading in a brief moment. While her eyes remained wild, an instance of her conscience had reached her at last. Don't do this, it begged her. Perhaps she still owned a sense of duty and honour, or maybe Mew really was just the right presence she needed in this time of crisis. Here she was faced with pure innocence and good natured concern. Even with all of her negativity, she couldn't just snap at this gentle being. Kyogre was a Pokemon in need of guidance. For the first of Arceus' creatures to reach her here: this was a blessing.
