(Be advised: This starts in Pravus Citadel, nearest Pokemanz center, will move into the location posted.)
JT ran a paw through the tuft of fur on the top of his head as he sighed and walked into the Pokemon center, it was a day he loathed for a while, and a day that would pretty much solidify the fact that he was no longer human. Registration. Granted, he was a Pokemon, and because of him not being registered last time, Ami couldn't take him along when she left the country. The situation this time around would change as JT would belong to her, and thus, have all the medical examinations to ensure he wasn't infected. Which led into another issue JT had...The Nurse. He knew he was going to get stuck with all kinds of needles and all kinds of pins, and have someone looking at every angle of his body. Something no-one liked, not even the people doing it. But, he wanted to show Ami he was serious about no longer stealing, and no longer giving into the temptations of kleptomania. But JT knew Ami wasn't taking any risks, just by the way she walked and moved, he knew she was on the lookout. That, and the collar and leash put a nail in that coffin.
The young Riolu spoke as he tugged at the pink collar around his neck; "Why? Of all the colors...why pink? And the leash? Please tell me that's faded red."
JT's tags were not his own, but in fact, of Ami's other Pokemon Abby. Her Absol, whom JT had a bit of a 'sibling rivalry' with. He tried to tuck it into the collar, but to no avail as the tag managed to slip out every time. Eventually he gave up, just following Ami wherever she walked, and it wasn't like he had a choice, the leash was keeping him from making any morally questionable actions. That, and the fact that cameras lined every square inch of the building. He'd be busted before he could undo the collar, which seemed all but impossible due it being designed to take a beating. That and not having thumbs made it impossible to grasp the fasciner.
The Nurse spoke as she leaned over the counter and gave a warm smile to JT, then looked at Ami with the equally warm smile;
"So just your little Riolu then?"
She read the collar and gave a small sound of endearment, then looked back at Ami; "What a cute little girl. Abby is a good name for you!"
JT's face flushed with embarrassment as he darted his eyes to Ami, subconsciously blaming her for the confusion of his gender;
"This is the second time that's happened since I've been a Riolu. Is it too much to ask for at least tags that say my name? And no, I'm not a little girl. Thanks."
He sighed as he sat down and tugged at Ami's leg, whatever article of clothing she had on as he tried to get her attention to the previous topic, that, and to get what petty revenge he could while she likely signed papers or whatever she had to do to register him. Something that JT would now have to label as "Grown up stuff."

To be fair, this wasn't how Ami liked to spend her rare days off. With everything else going on, it did seem a bit petty to complain; however, the scientist dealt with the people who worked at this Pokemon Center almost daily, and coming back (albeit with civilian clothing) wasn't really her first choice! However, today was a rare occurrence, for two reasons:
One, the little Riolu she was tugging around would finally be bound to her, and two, Pravus was assigning a new assistant to the scientist. This meant that she had a lot of paperwork to clear, and a little Riolu giving her lip wasn't going to help:
"JT, listen. Its the only collar I had lying around. Now if you're good, I'll pick you up a nice black one while I get your tags printed, but you need to stop playing with it." Flicking the tags out of his paws again, Ami gave a sigh, turning the corner to the Pokemon Center desk. The Nurse knew Ami's face, and immediately called her over, where that little exchange with JT occurred:
"Janice, this is J. And the tags are for my Absol... any chance I could put an order in on top of that?"
So, with more paperwork, and a Riolu pulling at her sock, Ami gave him a light thwap on the head as the nurse turned the corner around the desk, passing a new-looking Poke-ball to Ami. "Well, while you're filling that out, why don't you get acquainted, alright?"
"... Right." Flicking the latch open, red light poured out of the ball, taking the shape of a bipedal canine... a Lucario! As soon as the Pokemon came into view, the fighting type reached her arms up in a yawn.
"Tch... at least I can stretch my- hm?" Looking down towards JT, the Lucario tilted her head, and pointed: "Is that you, brat?"
"You two... know each-other?"
"... Tch, another thing to worry about. Forced into Pravus and this runt's still around. Amazing luck, I tell ya."
Oh this was going to be a fun day.

JT sighed as he followed Ami along her side, not so much by free will, but because he had no choice. That is what a leash was intended for. Though he couldn't help but try to remain somewhat independent against it, trying to keep the leash out of sight so it looked like he was following her. The Riolu sat as the Nurse spoke back to Ami;
"Oh! I didn't even recognize you, Ami! You look different with civilian clothes, you know. And I'll go get those tags once you're finished with your paperwork, what do you want his tags to say?"
JT rolled his eyes as he climbed into a chair that was just in the reach of leash, Ami would likely go to sit and do the paperwork. He crossed his paws and turned his nose up, trying to act as if he was upset for her popping him on the head, but in all honesty he would forget after something else happened. And that something else was a watch, a rather pricey one, that was sitting on the table next to Ami. It wasn't Ami's, and JT knew that particular brand went for 500 easy to any Pawn shop. JT could easily rewrite anything stamped on the back, and even change serial codes. It was just a matter of getting it when Ami was so close. He knew she wouldn't approve of it. In an effort to grab the watch JT jumped off the chair, his paws making a soft click as he started walking to the watch, the upper part of his head the only thing visible as he began to rummage or it.
As he placed a paw on a magazine, crayons and a coloring book, he moved his paw along until he felt something hard and cold, it felt like a watch and JT had held thousands of them. But right as he was reeling in the prize, a voice spoke out, and a very familiar one. He turned to see Lucca, the Lucario whom had been tasked previously by her trainer to "show him a thing or two" and his instincts thought her along the lines of a mother. But JT himself didn't, in fact, she kind of scared him.
JT's fear showed as his instincts began to follow, and went to the first place they felt protected; Ami. He climbed up in her lap and stood facing Lucca, right between Ami and the paper with his tail likely in her face as he pointed back:
"Y-you're with Mark! N-no! You're not real. Ami, are you seeing this? Please tell me you're seeing this."
Whether she forced him to or not, JT sat down placing his paws in his lap as he peered up at Ami, not intentionally giving her the puppy dog face while she likely filled out paper work. JT tried to play it off, but it was clear he was apprehensive;
"Y-you, why are you here? I-I know some fighting moves!"
To most, JT would have looked adorable. As was as far back on Ami as he could go, raising his paws to fight. And to others, he would have looked silly. Given that he was in her lap with paws up to fight.
The nurse came back as she handed Ami the tags to which she requested, and gave a warm smile as she opened her palm for the paperwork;
"Are you done, Ami? Just gotta take the little tyke back there once you're done for shots and bloodwork, you'll need to come along to keep him calm. The Lucario as well, looks like we need to draw blood from her too."

Well, so much for JT being 'good'.
The very moment Lucca sprang into being, the little Riolu went from a rather sneaky-looking pooch outside of Ami's direct vision into a high-strung, clingy pup, quickly climbing upon her skirt, standing between the scientist and the paperwork! Taking the Riolu by the nape, Ami guided him to sit, giving a stern word to him: "Someone's looking at getting a brand new pink collar with the name 'Janice' on it if he doesn't behave."
"Tch, calm down, kid." Sighing, seeing the struggling pup try and raise his paws, Lucca raised one of her own, flicking away the watch he was hiding back on the table it was sitting on. "Apparently I couldn't get through customs because I couldn't be proven pure of infection, so Mark entrusted me to Pravus. Yeah, sucks to suck, I know, let's not focus too much on it."
"JT, I don't think she's going to hurt you." Grabbing one of the tense paws with her metal hand, she made him sit once more, just as Janice would walk by. And, just as quickly, her tone changed again: "Ah, here's the paperwork. Lucca, go ahead and follow Janice back, alright?"
"Fine, fine." Stretching her arms, Lucca would follow after the nurse, Ami holding JT in her good arm as they would move to the back room. "Behave, and I'll make it worth your while. Now come on..."
-------------------------------------------------------
Well, as far as Lucca was concerned, shots were shots. Having dealt with some of the biggest bruisers in battling, a little prick barely registered for the fighter, a small bandage around her arm where a blood sample was taken. At the present, she would be sitting in the corner of the room, absentmindedly looking out the window as JT would be getting ready for his shots.
Hopefully, seeing the older Lucario calmly go through it would make JT feel better-
"Friggin hate shots."
Woop. Never mind.

The Riolu sat back as he felt Ami's metal hand grab his paw and lead him into the seat. He sighed as he waited for Ami to escort him into the backroom. It was blood work, nothing more nothing less. He couldn't really argue anything at this point, Ami pretty much had the final say and there wasn't much the Riolu could do to counter it. He gave up, letting Ami guide/carry him wherever she needed him, the Nurse giving JT a lolipop as she gestured for Ami and her group to follow. With the group in tow, the nurse patted the medical bed. The layer of wrap over the bed wrinkled as she patted and gave a smile,
"If you could have the Lucario and her Riolu step up here, the doctor will be in shortly, we'll go finish J's paperwork." she pinched his cheek and left, giving a smile to the Lucario as she gestured for Ami to follow. JT whimpered a bit, trying to follow Ami as Janice put a hand up, keeping him in the room as she left and guided the trainer to admin office.
JT sighed as he sat on the seat of the bed and placed his between his knees, trying to avoid eye contact with Lucca as he awkwardly coughed and turned to the side, trying to avoid any drama as he glanced at her from time to time, then turning around to avoid the Lucario yet again as he reached for some cotton balls to mess around with, just to keep from having idle hands. He began to spoke as he set the jar down;
"Lucca, I want-"
The door opened as the Doctor entered. Giving a smile as he placed a pair of needles on the table and introduced himself;
"Hello! I'm Doctor Marshal, I'm going to draw blood today. Let's see here. J, our little Riolu here. And Lucca...Are you his mother? Nevermind, arms please, let's make this fast."
JT turned his head, holding his arm out. Squinting his eyes as he felt a sharp pain, to which he yelped a bit and tried to play it off with a cough as they a small vile of blood which was labeled and placed into a case. The Doctor held his hand out to do the same with the Lucario. Regardless of how much she fought or resisted he had a job to do and would get it done, even if it meant tranqing her.
After it was all said and done the Doctor stepped out, leaving the two to their thoughts with the two labeled vials of blood, to which he took into the next room and sampled it, to ensure it was clear of infection and other illnesses. Marshal gave a sigh as JT's blood was sampled, showing the info of it being clean, and of a certain blood type. He wiped his jaw as he opened the next one, the Lucario mother. He ran the blood the same way, and it was showing the same, mostly. Not unusual for mother and son.
He told Janice to get the Lucario and Riolu and bring them in, making idle chat with Ami as he waited.
JT sighed as he followed, almost hiding behind Lucca as several people were looking at him. For some reason he fleeted at the thought, all the open areas and the people staring, it bothered him. JT followed closely as they entered in the lobby and the doctor gave his news;
"Well, good news little guy. You and your mom here are healthy as can be. And your Trainer's paper work is in process. Ami, looks like your Riolu here needs a small dietary change. Blood shows lack of certain proteins, most likely meaning he wasn't properly weaned off his mother. They sell tablets to supplement, it's not critical but I would recommend it. I figure he's a big boy now." he gave JT a small poke and stood up, continuing to read the papers as he walked over to Lucca; "Looks like your diet is good, very good. Though you might consider a bit fatty foods occasionally, it'll balance it out. I also recommend getting some samples to know what kind of supplement is right for your son. Overall, very well over all."
Marshal gave a sigh as he handed Ami the papers, "Ami, your Pokemon are in great health. We just gotta get the paper work for J's registration and we're done."
