ABOUT THE PLAYER:
OOC Account: Schwimmschik
What do you wish to be called?: Schwimm, Schwimmers, Schwimmy, etc
Other Characters: none for about four years
BASIC INFORMATION:
Full Name: Theodore Adrian Davis
Nickname(s): Ghost, Boss, Theo,Teddy
Gender: Male
Age: 27
Allegiance: Anti=Pravus
Occupation (Position) : Gang Leader
Species: Mutant
Powers: Theo has earned his nickname well. He is a beacon for ghosts, not ghost Pokemon, but those of the human sort. His very presence strengthens ghosts to a small degree as they feed of the overwhelming life force he produces. Theo can imbibe ghosts with greater amounts of energy through touch. Alternatively, Theo can absorb a ghost’s energy, even going so far as absorbing enough energy to cause the ghost to lose their hold on the physical realm and pass over to the other side completely.
The source of Theo’s powers comes from his natural ability to produce an incredible amount of energy. If he doesn’t feed ghosts a sizeable amount of energy each day, he feels jittery, he can’t sleep or concentrate, think caffeine rush times a hundred. However, if Theo feeds too much of his energy to a ghost, he becomes extremely fatigued, and must rest for some time before he is able to move again.
It is only over the last few years Theo started to push the boundaries of his power, though he has always trained his control after witnessing the damage his mother’s uncontrolled power caused her. While he is awake, meditation techniques and a strong willpower enable Theo to control how much energy he emits, so nearby ghosts do not get a ‘free meal,’ per say. However, when Theo is unconscious or asleep, his control lessens, and it is not uncommon for him to awaken from naps outside his apartment to a small crowd of ghosts feeding off of him.
Strengths, briefly: naturally produces an excess of energy and can give or leech energy from ghosts through touch, can use that energy to go for longer without sleeping and doesn’t get sick as often. Psychics, human and Pokemon, have a hard time finding Theo’s mind among the static.
Weaknesses, briefly: must touch ghosts to give or leech energy, too much or too little energy causes headaches, too much causes insomnia, irritability, and restlessness, too little causes lethargy, weakness, and even loss of consciousness.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:
Hair color and hair style: Strawberry blond tending severely towards the strawberry spectrum, looking pink in most lights. His hair falls almost messily a bit below his ears and onto the nape of his neck.
Eye Color: A pale green, becoming bluer the more he uses his powers
Height: Maybe 5’7”, when he could still stand
Build: Lithe, with a well-built set of shoulders and an increasingly atrophied and bony bottom half
Skintone: pale, both from genetics and his nocturnal lifestyle
Other Appearance Information:
With his pink tinged hair and rather distinctive style, Theo cut a striking figure even before being injured. He has a pretty face with sharp features that is attractive without being overly feminine. Since entering the upper ranks of the gang, Theo dresses almost respectably, insisting on his trademark loosely tied tie (usually of the pink and black striped variety) whether he is wearing a partially unbuttoned silk shirt or merely a simple tank. For the day to day business with the gang, Theo wears his favorite white hoodie with black stripes. He prefers the white as proof that he can even control the dirt of the slums (with the help of a lot of bleach). For special occasions, like brokering an important deal or sale, Theo dresses up with a nicely fitting blazer. However, with whatever he wears on his top half, Theo always wears the same jeans or black cargo pants on his immobile bottom half, finishing off with a heavy pair of boots, the sort that could really hurt if someone was kicked, if Theo was able to kick anything for the last two years.
The clothing highlights and hides Theo’s best and worse features. He has a well-muscled upper half, especially his shoulders, from pushing his chair around the last two years. Despite his best efforts and physical therapy sessions, Theo hasn’t been able to stop his legs from atrophying and taking on an increasingly bony appearance. He hates what his legs look like, and never wears anything but long pants, even while sleeping. His rough upbringing and extensive battle experience has left Theo with numerous scars. The most notable include a long surgical scar down his spine from where the break was repaired, a deep scar on the left side of his rib cage from a knifing when Theo was only eleven years old, and a series of slash marks scattered over his body from a particularly bad fight with a Scizor. Most of the scars are covered by a series of intricate tattoos that cover most of Theo’s torso, beginning to snake down his arms.
The most distinguishing feature most people notice about Theo’s appearance is the wheelchair. The sporty black chair is lightweight and easy to maneuver around the pitfalls that scatter Nada Citadel’s rougher streets. Black gloves protect Theo’s hands on longer trips in his chair, and a black bag slung over the high back (conspicuously missing handles for others to push him) holds extra supplies, though Theo’s Pokeballs never leave his person, even to go to his chair. Theo holds no awkwardness in the chair anymore, in fact, he feels uncomfortable whenever it is out of arm’s length from him. After two years, it is another accessory, albeit an especially necessary one.
Even with the paralysis limiting Theo’s mobility, he retains his trademark swagger and charm. An impish, flirtatious smile spreads across his face in most situations, a spark of life the so characterizes his every moment continues into his sweeping gestures, the light of interest and excitement in his face when presented with an especially troubling problem, everything is still expressed, even from the confines of his wheelchair.
PERSONALITY:
Likes:
- Manipulation: Theo loves to mess with people. He is good at it, too, having learned through long experience how to read people like a book and manipulate them to his own benefit.
- Children: They are innocent and full of potential, and oh, so gullible. Cute too, let’s not forget cute. Their cuteness hides the fact that it is street children who really know what is going on in the city. Theo understands that it is the children who develop the truly keen instincts that allow them to survive.
- Meditation: It seems like an odd thing for Theo to be interested in, and those who know the volatile man would claim meditation does nothing for him, but Theo’s meditation is focused on his powers, and keeping it under control.
- Small Pokemon: In a city, smaller Pokemon are able to reach their full potential. They can move the easiest, and don’t risk destroying their homes every time they perform attacks and even move. Theo likes the stealthy, resourceful Pokemon.
- Food: Using his powers gives Theo quite the appetite to keep up with the amount of energy he produces. His metabolism is quite high and keeps him thin no matter how much he eats. Since Theo doesn’t cook, he is a regular at local fast food and restaurant establishments.
- His Gang: The gang is the only family Theo has been able to depend on in his life. They gave him a place to sleep, food to eat, and teammates to watch his back. They bailed him out when he was arrested for possession, and again when arrested for assault. Theo will sacrifice anything for loyal gang members, and will ruthlessly punish the disloyal.
- Flirting: Theo likes the company of other people. It helps stave away the loneliness of the slums. He can’t have conventional sex because of his paralysis, but that doesn’t keep Theo from flirting and having fun with members of both genders.
- Music
- Video games
- Alcohol and Cigarettes
Dislikes:
- Stairs: Theo has practiced long and hard to be able to go up two or three stairs with a wheelie and some speed with his chair, but anything more has him stymied. There is no dignified way to be carried, dragged, or lifted up a flight of stairs.
- Pravus: Pravus interfered with Theo’s gang. Pravus dared to use his family without giving in return. Theo will see the Noxus free of Pravus, though he will not go outright against the Pravus-led government, as long as they stay clear of Spyder matters.
- Tall people: They block his view, especially now that Theo is waist height on most people. Theo hates feeling weaker or less powerful than people, and tall people can be intimidating.
- Huge Pokemon: They are clumsy, destructive oafs for the most part and offer way too much collateral damage for his tastes.
- Bad weather/winter: Rain and especially snow make it more difficult to move around in a wheelchair.
- Nature: Theo is a city boy, and a city boy he will stay. Theo has not left the walls of Nada for months, and plans to keep it that way.
- Sunlight: It is hot and sunburn sucks. Theo likes his fair skin the way it is.
- Losing
- Outsiders
- Charitable people
Strengths:
- Charming/Charismatic: Theo has an instinctual way with people, built from a lifetime of having to know how to keep those larger and stronger than him from hurting him. He is a loyal friend, throws a great party.
- Stubborn/Willful: Theo is extremely stubborn. If he fails at something, he will continue to try until he has succeeded. His determination to survive is the only reason he is still alive.
- Intelligent: Though lacking in scholarly knowledge, Theo’s mind is extremely quick and agile. If he doesn’t know something, he can usually understand it after a brief explanation. Theo’s mind keeps the Noxus a powerful player in Nada underworld politics.
- Resourceful: Theo knows the underworld of Nada like the back of his hand, and knows how to get anything he or a client needs quickly. If he doesn’t know someone personally, he knows a ghost who knows someone who can get what is required.
- Ghost spy net: Theo’s powers have enabled him to create an extensive network of ghostly allies. Most ghosts will spy and pass on information to Theo in exchange for varying amounts of energy the ghost can then use to become corporeal for a time.
- Fighting: Theo rose to his current rank not only though his charisma and political savvy, but because of a well-earned reputation for being a very skilled fighter. His legs might not work, but he is as fast with a knife as ever and can still shoot and fight Pokemon with the best of them.
- Loyal: Theo is extremely loyal to those who prove their worth. He will and has given the shirt off his back for one of his friends.
Weaknesses:
- Quickfire temper: Theo can become angry at the drop of a hat. At his worst, anything can set him off, and it is up to his friends and Pokemon to calm Theo down before he causes irreparable damage to his relationships.
- Bipolar: Though Theo is not clinically bipolar, genetics and his powers play a role in Theo’s unstable nature. He can become wired, jittery, unable to concentrate because he is so full of energy, he is on an incredible high and goes for days without stopping. Alternatively, on a low, he becomes lethargic, drowsy, umotivated. Lows are very rare since Theo possesses so much energy naturally, but either a high or a low can further fray Theo’s short fuse of a temper.
- Controlling: Theo is extremely controlling in every aspect of his life. He rules over the gang with an unsympathetic grip and is not afraid of using fear or intimidation to keep people under control. Most of his romantic relationships have been ruined by Theo’s need to micromanage.
- Lack of formal schooling: Theo has little formal schooling. Most of his teachers were friendly ghosts who rambled on about whatever subject interested them when they were alive, so Theo’s knowledge is understandably spotty. He prefers to play video games over reading in his free time, though he is not above
- Physically unintimidating: between the wheelchair and his small stature, Theo is not a physically imposing person. He wins fights with his brain, not with his fists.
- Paraplegic: aside from the obvious drawbacks of being unable to walk or even move anything below his waist, paraplegia offers further complications. Theo finds it difficult to regulate his temperature, leaving him susceptible to extremes of temperature. He also needs to watch out for infections, as his immune system is weakened by both his paralysis and his lack of mobility. His powers help him avoid most infections, but when overworked, Theo can easily pick up a bug. Injuries to his lower half heal slowly, and Theo must be careful of pressure sores and keep circulation to his legs in case of clots. He also suffers from painful back spasms on occasion.
- Mercurial: Theo’s mood can change like the wind. One moment, he is happy and flirtatiously enjoying a party, the next he is brooding and surly. Keeping up with his moods is a constant struggle for those close to him. Despite his changing moods, Theo never loses sight of his ultimate goal.
- Vindictive: Theo never forgets an insult, and will get revenge for any perceived slight. Most of his revenge comes immediately in swift, brutal vengeance.
- Brutal: Theo’s methods are brutal. He is not a nice person. He will destroy those who stand in his way with ruthless efficiency. In the slums, you protect those who are yours, and punish those who stand in your way.
- Independent/Unsympathetic: Theo has no patience for complainers. He managed to rise over his rough upbringing and gain power and prestige.
- Secretive: Knowledge is power. Though Theo trusts his seconds in the gang, he does not tell everyone everything. In order to stay in control, he must make himself irreplaceable. Only he knows the true extent of the Noxus’ reach. After being injured, Theo became even more secretive, knowing he is quite vulnerable. Very few know where he lives, or rather, where he goes to sleep the few hours he does each night.
- Determined: Theo never backs down from a challenge. He is determined to best any opponent, and help his gang rise to the top. He knows there are some things he cannot do, but everything else is fair game.
BACKGROUND:
History:
- Birth: Born to a drug addicted part time prostitute, part time fortune teller in the slums of Nada, Theo never knew his father. He learned to walk while dodging his mother’s boyfriends’ fists, and the first rules he learned were not ‘do not play in the street,’ but ‘don’t touch Mommy’s pills.’ Theo spent much of his time locked the furnace room of the apartment complex, which was definitely illegal and dangerous, but the landlord was his mother’s dealer at the time, so it was overlooked. Miraculously, Theo did not burn or electrocute himself, mostly because of a friendly ghost who haunted the apartment complex and the little spider Pokemon who called the dank and dark basement their home. It was in that very basement Theo met his first Pokemon, a tiny Joltik he soon named Nuclear. Nuclear would be his steadfast companion in the years to come.
- Ghostly Happenings: You see, Theo and his mother shared a special gift. They both produced an abundance of life energy, making them naturally exuberant, alight with the spark of life and spirit. Or, that was the way it made young Theo seem. His mother, Kadi, failed to control her mutation. Constantly harassed and tormented by ghosts come to feed off her excess energy, Kadi tried to control the energy through self-medication. Uppers, downers, sedatives, narcotics, she tried them all at one point or another, drifting further and further into mental instability. She overdosed when Theo was eight, leaving him to scrape an existence for himself on the streets. Before she died, however, Kadi managed to impart some knowledge about their powers to Theo during her more lucid states. “You have to control it, Teddy,” she told him, “Or they’ll take everything, your life, your mind, your memories, suck you dry.”
- Training: Once his mother died, Theo was kicked out onto the street to fend for himself with nothing more than his innate skills. Quickly depending on his mutation, Theo learned to barter with spirits for information he could sell to others, much like his mother would do with her fortune telling. It was risky business, for most on the streets did not want their secrets sold, especially by a pink-haired brat. Theo quickly learned when it was best to keep his mouth shut, and how to best manipulate the information so he would not get killed. It was a steep learning curve, and Theo went to bed hungry and cold, most nights, fighting off chills and migraines caused by his sloppy attempts to control his mutation. He suffered hardship on the street, with many things buried under layers of memories. However, Theo still counts as his childhood as a success. He survived; he did not allow the slums or his powers to swallow him. He stayed in control.
- Initiation: Theo’s powers and abilities with information gathering brought him into early contact with the local gangs. It was not long before several gangs considered him as a possible member. Theo disregarded them all as immature little gangs, instead setting his sight on one of the big dogs, the Durox Gang. Despite Theo’s whispered talents and reputation as a street smart kid, the Durox’s had little interest in someone as young as Theo. He was only twelve, scrawny, short, frail looking; in their opinion, Theo was only useful for working street corners. Theo determined he must prove himself worthy of more than a pretty kid. He stalked one of the Durox’s enemy gang’s drug runners and ambushed him with his Pokemon. Using information garnered from supernatural sources, Theo was able to defeat the much older and much more experienced gang member. He dragged the unconscious teenager to one of the Durox’s known hideouts and deposited him there as proof of his ability and devotion to the gang. Theo was accepted, albeit at the lowest level.
- The First Gang: Gaining training and experience, Theo quickly acclimated himself to gang life. For the first time in his life, he had people to watch his back, and as he proved himself, the gang ensured Theo had a roof over his head (or at least a floor to crash on) and money for food. For his part, Theo was small, slightly, and swift, used as a messenger, and when he got older, beginning to deal drugs and smuggle other items in the burgeoning black market.
- The Exorcism: On an errand for his gang, Theo came across the old apartment building he grew up in. Something strange awaited him there, the ghost of his dead mother. Unknowing to Theo, she had turned into a ghost upon her death, though it had taken her some time to be able to appear before people. As a ghost, Kadi was not any healthier, mentally or physically. Tormented by addictions that lasted into the afterlife, and haunted by her mental instability, Kadi was a gibbering wreck, barely clinging to existence. The ghost presented a problem to the fifteen year old Theo. She was a loose end, a weakness, a link to something he could never control. Working on instinct, wanting his mother to finally have peace, away from the ghosts who tortured her in her living and undead life, Theo reached out and drained his mother’s energy completely, sending the ghost into the afterlife.
- The War: The war’s effects were felt across the land, even in the slums of Nada. Theo was seventeen, headstrong and trying to ignore the war except as more opportunity to expand his personal trade connections as more items became difficult to find because of the battles. However, the war was destined to hit closer to home than Theo realized. On a trip to establish a supply line to expand their drug trade, the gang head and several deputies were caught up in a big battle and killed. The man who replaced the deceased as head of the gang was a brutal, suspicious man who hated Theo and his gift with ghosts. The leader claimed Theo used his powers for personal gain, not that of the gang, and forbade Theo to have contact with ghosts, upon pain of death. But Theo couldn’t help having contact with ghosts, they followed him everywhere, and not interacting with them gave him intense migraines and caused jitters almost as bad as an addict. He suffered, gaining multiple, brutal punishments for accidental contact with ghosts, feeling betrayed by the gang he once considered family.
- More Training: Desperate for some sort of relief from the punishments inflicted by his inability to control his power, Theo found an unlikely helper. One of his frequent customers, Travis, a washed up ex martial arts master turned pain pill addict thanks to a poorly healed, career ending injury, mentioned meditation as a method for controlling his more severe withdrawal symptoms between fixes. Theo decided to give it a try, and was amazed by the results. For the first time in his life, Theo could control how much energy he passively gave off, and he managed to also start fine tuning his other abilities. But with the added control came added strength, and Theo found himself with more energy than ever, and still no way to dispose of the energy. Exercise worked, somewhat, but often his Pokemon dropped before Theo had worked off enough energy to stop shaking from excess energy.
- Changes: Through this time period, Theo went down the same road as his mother. He began taking sedatives, desperate for some way to turn off the buzzing in his veins. Luckily, before he could travel too far down that path, changes came upon the Durox gang. Travis had overextended himself, and in trying to poach more territory for the gang, managed to piss off one of the largest gangs in the city. The Durox gang was decimated as a result of the one-sided retaliation. Theo was happy with Travis’ death, but he refused to join the gang that destroyed his first family. Instead, Theo joined a different gang, one with grand ambitions, who quickly accepted Theo, his contacts, and even his abilities. The gang, the Noxus, quickly grew, burgeoning into great strength as the rest of the Remoor cities were destroyed, harming other, inter-city gangs but leaving the Nada-centric Noxus untouched. The destruction of the Rangers also helped the Noxus and their black market trade grow to new heights.
- Bounties Galore: With the introduction and accepting of the bounty system by Pravus as the new gym system, the leader of the Noxus, a woman named Rayne, decided the Noxus should expand into the Bounty system. Theo thought this was foolish, and at 24 and a high ranking member of the gang, his words held quite some weight among the ranks. Out of retaliation, Rayne made Theo leader of the bounty sector of the Noxus. Forced to now use his powers to scout out easy targets and create strategies to cheat stronger bounties into defeat, Theo did not shrink from the responsibility even though he did not agree with the gang’s actions. Instead, Theo saw this ‘punishment’ as a perfect opportunity to expand his influence in the gang. He worked himself to the bone and sapped his energy dry, working to completely infiltrate and corrupt the bounty system, as ordered. The gang watched Theo become more and more powerful, and many in the gang started to look to Theo as the power behind the Noxus instead of Rayne. Tensions mounted, and rose, coming to a head only a mere six months after Theo was given the initial orders.
- Pravus Intersects: In his efforts to control the Bounty system and discover all he could about the highest paying bounties, Theo discovered a tantalizing connection to those within his own gang. Pravus obviously benefited, but the gang should be benefiting from their victories much more than the gang coffers spoke of. His investigations led him to none other than the very highest ranks of the Noxus, directly up to Rayne herself. Rayne was a Pravus mole, using the Noxus to her own personal gain, specifically, toward gaining enough funds to buy herself a high ranking position among Pravus. Theo was enraged, how dare Pravus interfere with his gang? How dare Rayne betray the entire gang and use them for her own agenda? She had to be gotten rid of. After calming down, Theo turned every one of his resources to discovering every Pravus agent within the gang and creating a plan, a plan of rebellion.
- The Rise and the Fall: The night came, a little over two years ago, when Theo and his allies struck against Rayne and the Pravus scourge among the Noxus. While the others took out every other Pravus agent, Theo went directly for Rayne. The battle shook the slums, but eventually, Theo came out victorious over Rayne’s corpse. But Theo did not escape unscathed. A vicious blow from Rayne’s Machamp broke Theo’s spine, completely severing the spinal cord at the T-11 level, just below his belly button. In the destruction and chaos after the battles that overtook most of the Nada slums, Theo’s closest supporters whisked him away to the hospital for treatment, though there was little to nothing that could be done. Moving him to a more private clinic after he was stabilized, Theo awoke there, in a white room, unable to feel anything below his waist ever again.
- Rebuilding: Becoming paralyzed was something Theo had never planned on. An equally large blow was the death of Theo’s treasure Galvantula, Nuclear, during the battle. Nuclear was Theo’s first Pokemon, and she died defending her trainer to the end. Theo debated giving up. There was nothing he could do, after all, his valued control stripped completely, unable to even go to the bathroom under his own violation. But Theo couldn’t give up. The Noxus, decimated by Pravus trickery, were in need of a leader, and a strong one to resist Pravus retaliation. Theo collected his shattered pride and shattered body as best he could, blasting through rehab between reorganizing the Noxus. He told Pravus the Noxus were staying clear of the bounties from then on, and would no longer interfere, as long as Pravus stayed clear of Noxus business. The Noxus would continue to do business with Pravus, and Pravus could not do without the Noxus’ black market network, one that stretched across the decimated land to bring in items and Pokemon to the Citadel.
- Avoiding Decimation: The release of the so-called ‘cure’ onto Remoor’s landscape helped the Noxus avoid conflict and retaliation from Pravus. It actually worked in Theo’s benefit, allowing him to continue to convince his gang that they did not want to have dealings with Pravus and encourage his dealers to pick others over Pravus buyers. With the plague came an increased demand for the goods the Noxus dealt in. Gathering on his experience with the Bounty system, Theo trained several crack teams to travel into the wastes and capture infected Pokemon for those who paid enough. With that income, they did not need much of the Pravus business.
- Current Times: Currently, Theo works to further untangle the Noxus from Pravus business, which is difficult to do with Pravus control over so much of Nada governance and infrastructure. He controls his gang from a wheelchair, a detail he never expected, but one he controls a much as possible. Which it isn’t a secret by any means, among the proper crowd, most people who pass the pink haired man in the crowd would never think that he is the leader of one of the most powerful and most connected gangs in Nada.
Pokemon:
Name: Flippy
Species: Inkay
Level: 35
Gender: Male
Ability: Contrary: moves that lower stats, raise stats, and moves that raise stats, lower stats
Current Experience: 0/?
Origins: Theo found Flippy three years ago while scouting one of his early bounties. The little Inkay was caught in the rafters of an abandoned warehouse. The little Pokemon took a shine to Theo, constantly cooing over his pretty hair. At first, Theo ignored the Pokemon as an annoyance, but then, during the ensuing bounty battle, an errant attack flipped the Inkay over, revealing a second side to his personality. The power and cuteness hidden in Flippy’s bubbly personality captured Theo’s attention, and he captured the Inkay. Flippy is very often in Theo’s presence for his unique abilities. As a psychic and dark type, the Inkay can shield Theo’s mind while at the same time probing those around him.
Personality: Flippy has a very polarized personality. Normally, he is a bubbly, impish, happy creature, easily distracted and absorbed by things shiny and pretty. Despite his seemingly gentle nature, Flippy is nonplussed by violence, a hinting to the other part of his being. When Flippy is flipped over, he becomes extremely angry and violent, blasting through anything in his way. The dichotomy would probably resolve itself if he were to evolve, but Flippy refuses to do so, mostly because Theo has taught him that big is bad, so Flippy wishes to stay small and cute, for Theo's sake.

The pair have been with Theo the longest, now that his Galvantula died.
Personality: Out of the twins, Xing resides in the physical realm. Though she is quiet, she still talks more than her brother and is the more active of the pair, doing most of the interacting and socializing with Pokemon and humans. Xing is a standoffish female, and a strange one, like her brother. The fact that Xing would do anything for her brother goes unmentioned. They are two sides of the same coin, incomplete without the other. Any threat to him is a threat upon her person, her soul. The twins are devoted to Theo, and especially steadfast in their quiet support of their trainer.

He spends his time seemingly in a dissociated state, lost in his own mind, guided by his sister to even walk and eat. Theo’s voice rouses him, but nothing else. Qi is most publically active in battles, where he supports his sister as if they were one Pokemon. Privately, hints of Qi’s personality have come to Theo’s view. Qi is in fact a sneaky creature who delights in pranks and mischievous actions.

Level: 84
Gender: Male
Ability: Levitate
Current Experience: 0/?
Origins: Once upon a time, a severely injured young man sat in his wheelchair on the room of the small clinic where he’d been given the news to change his life forever. The aura of self pity and despair so overwhelmed the young man’s natural spark he attracted the attention of the most dangerous Pokemon in the area. The massive Hydreigon landed on the roof, and the young man stared at the face of his destruction. Words exchanged, a pact created, and a partnership formed. Theo left the roof with new determination, a new Pokemon, and a plot to regain control of his life and the scattered Noxus gang. Mal is only brought out in the more dire situations, because of his destructive and volatile personality. He used to spend most nights apart from Theo, flying the skies of Remoor in search of prey, but the Pravus scourge has trapped this scourge unhappily nearby for the last year.
Personality: Mal is an ancient, evil Pokemon. He delights in pain, destruction, and mayhem. Theo can say, with complete seriousness, that Mal will be the death of him. Yet, Mal is also extremely trustworthy. He will never go back on his words, though what he believes he promised and what you think he promised may not completely coincide. Mal finds Theo amusing, and insists on calling him Ghost instead of his given name. Mal views the current happenings in Remoor to be riveting, the most interested he has been for decades.

Personality: Phreak is even more volatile than his trainer. On one hand, Phreak loves to party, to have fun, and play pranks on anyone he comes across. On the other hand, Phreak delights in the darker side of life. His pranks are often painful and humiliating. Phreak has often been known to self-medicate, out of curiosity, to see how human drugs affect him. He laughs in the face of danger, in the face of pain, and at any unfortunate occurrence around him.

After falling and being unable to get back to his chair, Theo was forced to agree. It took a further year before Theo was comfortable with the Lucario, and even now he detests when Kesh carries him and his wheelchair.
Personality: Kesh is an extremely calm Pokemon. No amount of abuse yelled by a frustrated and hurting Theo ever budges Kesh from his duty. He is the one to offer the calm, rational opinions when Theo is at his most maniac. He is a strategic fighter, taking advantage of more complicated battle strategies than some of his comrades.

Origins: Theo obtained this Mawhile for the express purpose of counter-acting the disease rampaging across Remoor’s wild Pokemon. As a steel type, she is immune to the disease, and with her jaws, she can keep any Pokemon still until they can be controlled of subdued.
Personality: Fey is a spunky, determined little creature. Possessing of a sneaky nature like so many of Theo’s other Pokemon, she can often rise above her opponents, or at least slow them down enough for others to come in and dispatch the enemy. She is still finding her place in Theo’s team, and isn’t sure how to take many of Theo’s volatile mood swings. She tries to offer advice, but it is often not taken well. Fey often sticks with Kesh as the most friendly and least dangerous face among Theo’s team. Because Theo doesn’t often leave on missions himself, he lends Fey out to other gang members for use and added safety.

Name: Kingsley
Species: Seaking
Level: 38
Gender: Male
Ability: Lightningrod/Swift Swim
Current Experience: 0/?
Origins: As a Christmas gift from the event! IC: Why would a gang king want a fish when he rarely leaves the city? That is a good question, and one Theo doesn't quite admit to himself, either. The truth is that, after an unfortunate incident involving a Hydro Pump and a very big water type that swept Theo clear out of his chair and nearly into the sewers, he arranged to quietly obtain the Seaking to add to his collection.
Personality: Kingsley believes he should be in charge of the gang, not Theo. He is not afraid of voicing his opinion, though fear of the twins keeps him quieter when they are around. He will, grudgingly, admit that Theo has his uses, mostly in the form of his opposable thumbs.

- Poison Jab

- Tail Whip
- Supersonic
- Horn Attack
- Water Pulse
- Waterfall
- Megahorn
ROLE-PLAYING SAMPLE:
Odoriko was not a happy little princess. All was not right in Riko-land. Right now she was sulking in the corner of the tent at the current campsite her master, Devin Maknama, had chosen for that night, listening to the sounds of the rest of the Pokemon and Devin eating smores over a campfire. Everyone was having fun. Well, everyone except for her. Not that she liked campfires much anyways. It was her own fault really, but the Snorunt was not about to admit this to anyone. Okay, so she shouldn’t have Power Snowed the ground in front of Devin as the rest of the group came back from a hike, but then again maybe he should have brought her a present for watching the camp for the whole day! It wasn’t her fault Devin thought she was too young and weak to keep up on a hike. She was strong enough!
…
Riko pointedly ignored the niggling voice in the back of her mind reminding her that she hadn’t done more than a minute of training since Devin won her from the casino. She was strong! She was super strong! She’d blast through the tent and put out the campfire and ruin their fun like they ruined hers!
Riko unleashed her most powerful Powder Snow on the tent. It barely stirred thanks to Devin’s tidy tent-pitching skills. Grr…so maybe she wasn’t that strong. Riko sat down on a sleeping bag in a huff. How could she get stronger? Train? But then she’d get all dirty and sweaty and gross…
Hmm…what were those things she heard about on TV? Battling makes you stronger, but there were those things called TMs…they gave you really neat attacks! That’s right. She would go out and find a Hyper Beam TM and blast away all those meanies!
Let’s see…now to get out of the tent and go on her little quest. Wriggle wriggle, and the Snorunt is on a mission!
A dark shape detached himself from the laughing group by the campfire to follow the little Riko. The group around the campfire was far from oblivious to Riko’s actions. Someone had to make sure the little princess didn’t hurt herself or piss off anyone important.
Riko traveled for some time. Well, it felt like a while to her little legs. In reality she only walked for about twenty minutes. Less than a mile, actually.
The little Pokemon was walking along, minding her own business, thinking about how she was going to get strong and beat up all the nasty guys and unfair trainers and Gardevoirs that were prettier than her and WAHHHHH!HHH!!!H!HH!H!H!!!
A Tropius nearly landed on the stalwart, brave traveling Snorunt. Needless to say, Riko freaked.
Riko shrank back, scuttling behind a convenient tree. She peeked her pointed head around the thick trunk, squeaked and shrank back again. Ok, what was a little Snorunt to do when faced with a big, giant, brown (icky icky color) and green (green was ok, Zephyr and Illusion were both pretty green, but brown and green was icky) monster! That Tropius might step on cute little Riko as she tried to sneak past.
Wait, Riko was supposed to be trying to get stronger! Hmmm….she should try it. That fat Tropius out there could never take even one of Riko’s powerful attacks! Even Cerb told her that one time that her Powder Snow tickled a little, and getting that from the Houndoom was like saying it stung and hurt and bled for hours and hours and hours on end!
That was it, Riko was decided.
The Snorunt jumped out and sprayed her strongest Powder Snow at the hulking Tropius! She cheered as the monster Grass/Flying type leaped into the air and flew off into the night.
Riko strode off triumphantly into the night, reassured of her awesomeness.
(The Tropius leapt up from its nice quiet dream of snoozing in the sun. Its foot had gone numb for some reason, which was annoying. So the Tropius decided to take a short flight to un-numb its sleepy foot. He resettled into its bed shortly after Riko left. The dark shape shadowing the Snorunt skirted the Tropius warily, but passed without waking the slumbering Pokemon.)
