Hair: His hair is a grayish blonde he ususally ignores his hair and holds it back behind his goggles which he rarely wears anymore.
Eye Color: His eyes are  startling golden in color.
Height: 6' 
Build: He is skinny by anyone's standards. His metabolism is extremely fast allowing him to eat almost anything without gaining much weight.
Skintone: With all of his time outside he only has a light tan.

Other Appearance Information: Wherever Wes might be found his is always found in his blue trench cloak.  Whether it be the desert or a beach, When Rui questioned his attire suggesting that he put something less insulating for the desert he replied curtly that the trench coat was a special gift from someone important to him.He wears a pair of black gothic pants and heavy boots to match.

He still wears the original snag machine on his left arm but as he has given up Pokemon battling (and the young upstart Michael saved the day) He has not used it, and it has fallen into disrepair It could probably work again if he took the time and money to pay for someone to take it apart and fix whatever wires burnt and whatever else broke in it but for now, he just wears it as a reminder of what he has done and all the memories that go along with it.

[/font][li]Pokemon: He enjoys Pokemon. He loves taking care of them and watching them grow. He gets very attached to them and treats them as if they are his own offspring.
[/li][li]Children: Not pedophilia. He enjoys their constant smiles and positive attitude. Their positive outlooks for the future do something to make him smile too.[/li][li]Being Alone: Despite his enjoyment of both Pokemon and Children he'd much rather be alone in silence to allow him to think more.[/li][li]Silence: Silence is like sweet nectar to him. He thinks quicker and more sharply with silence.[/li][li]Sunlight: Sunlight is a pleasant thing to him. He feels confined most of the day and as soon as the sun touches his skin it's like a giant weight has been lifted off of his shoulders.[/li][/ul]

Dislikes:

[/font][li]Being Ignored: He doesn't speak much and prefers to follow rules but when he speaks he expects to be listened to. Most of the time it happens with his surprisingly good voice.[/li][li]Being In Groups: He hates the feelings that goes along with crowds, its also basically just aggravates him and leaves him exhausted which he despises.[/li][li]Talking: He much prefers listening to others and following what they say. [/font][li]Snagging Pokemon: It's what he did for a long while with Team Snagem and later against Snagem and Cipher. It's what he did.[/li][li]Pokemon Battles: He doesn't want to brag but snagging Pokemon AND Pokemon battle takes a little bit of skill.[/li][li] Remaining Unnoticed: He doesn't know why, but people seem to be able to pass over him in a crowd.[/li][li]Physically: He is physically stronger than he looks. Not super strong, but surprising stronger.[/li][/ul]

Weaknesses:

[/font][li]For anyone being taken advantage of: He feels a sort of empathy for them and will go out of his way to help them. Which is what landed him as Cipher's enemy.[/li][li]Not to Appealing: He outward appearance repels people. He doesn't really try. He just likes the looks and others don't[/li][li]Refuses to Pokemon Battle: He's had enough of the struggles. He'd much rather just sit back and relax with his Pokemon. But who knows. If he finds a cause he could begin again.

Personality:

• Introverted: He enjoys being around people. Don't get it confused. He will socialize but he preferes being left to his own devices. Groups and socializing physically exhaust him and basically puts him in a giant cranky spiral until he can get some time alone to allow the dopamine to dissolve.
• Sentimental: Despite his angry/passive facade he is actually a giant memory canon and sometimes catches himself stuck in his own memories.
• Heroic: He likes helping others. He enjoys the lime light. As long as he can stay in it, and be too intimidating to be talked to.

• Particular: He doesn't trust just anyone. You have to show that you will be a strong ally or useful to him in some way. Show weakness and He will ditch you.

History:

• Birth: Wes was born safely and healthily into his family. He was an only child and the pride and joy of his parents. He was very quiet even during his “Terrible Twos”. His Parents constantly bragged about him to their friends about how well behaved he was but were also concerned about how little he talked.
  
• Early Years: Wes was a total boy during his early years. Getting into mud, running around with his father’s zigzagoon (which he had caught just for his son as a companion. The only problem was once when he was 7 He was caught in his father’s study trying to get a hold of his father’s other more dangerous Pokemon as ‘playmates’.
  
• Teenage Years: By the time he was a teen his good friend the zigzagoon had reached his final days and passed on. Wes was not too happy but hid behind a wall of indifference until such a time as they started talking about Pokemon training in school. Which he began to show Adept skills at. Working with the schools ‘starter’ Pokemon with ease that made him popular with his fellow peers.
  
• Obtaining His Eevees: On his 15th Birthday the only gift he got was a single pokeball. He thought at first. “They are talking me to the Safari zone in Kanto!”. However at his father’s command He cast the pokeball and out came an eevee. Small, female, and a reflection of his own attitude. He was nicknamed Shade soon after. Wes and Shade spent the day playing together running around outside when the pained cries of an injured Pokemon caught their attention. Following the noise they found Another Eevee. This one was caught in a hole that Wes had actually dug himself a long time ago with his old friend Ziggy. With Nostalgia and memories of the wonderful times Wes had with his old friend he saved the eevee and nursed it back to health. The eevee who’s sunshine-y mood was never killed by anything was named Shine, and stayed with the boy, become his other Pokemon on his team . In due time Shade, the older of the two Pokemon evolved into an Espeon in the middle of his classroom, Shine, feeling neglected as Wes devoted his attention to his newly evolved Espeon, Shine began sneaking out in the night to train by himself to train. Returning the day before Wes graduation as an evolved Umbreon.
  
• Descent into Crime: Wes graduated from school with honors, he was on his way to the good life, Getting post secondary education. When he fell for a girl. At first she asked nothing of him, but his affection and a small amount of his time every day. Nothing big. Until she herself got involved in a new forming secret organization called Cipher. Hating the political game, but loving his Pokemon Wes lowered himself down to team snagem, learning the art of snagging Pokemon. His devotion to training got him the title of “most snagged” which he wore with honor, shunning everyone else except his love.
  
• Discovering the Villainy: One day the tides turned in the Cipher power circle. A new upstart by the name of Evice, who was the head of Phenac city. He proposed a new system of leadership. Where one person ruled over all of the rest. Everyone who disagreed with his idea was assassinated including Wes’ love, who died right in front of his eyes.
  
• Rebellion: With his Love dead, murdered at the names of some unknown man. Wes did the only thing any reasonable man would do, get revenge starting with the team he served. The bombs were easy to place, everyone trusted him so well, he was able to steal the snag machine while he was at it! Running away had been the only hard part. Like it was throwing away his past. The Snag machine, Clutched so tightly in his hands. was the only thing that kept him going.
• Snagging, Snagging, Snagging:  Snagging the captured Pokemon was a cinch.  He caught more than he needed for his part. But, Rui, a girl who he had saved from Cipher, was a constant reminder in battle "Don't hurt it too much we need to snag it!" She helped him keep trucking.
  
• Obtaining His Team: His team was simple, mostly the first few Pokemon he caught. Shine and Shade, His eevees turned Psychic and Dark, Alucard the Meganium, the sweet thing was caught as a bayleef.  Clare the Misdreavus which evolved into a Mismagius by accident! Blitz the Yanmega this trust flying chatterbox, and Finally, In Sinnoh he found his oldly color Shinx which kept it's colors when it evolved.
• Evice: With only five of his now 6 Pokemon Wes was able to defeat Evice in a terrifyingly powerful battle, the tower on which their Pokemon battled shone like a beacon of light in the darkness of the night. Wes was able to defeat Evice, Clare and Shade battling for their lives. Rui, cowering behind the demon of a shadow Tyrannitar.
• Unsure of What to do: The battle was over. He had avenged his love. Now what? He ran through mount battle several times. Each time running through it faster and easier until it was no challenge at all. He was bored. He had no job, nothing to do for fun, so he trained.
• Remoor: Suddenly a new region came into his radar, a region by the name of Remoor, he had been pestered long enough by admirers trying to get his autographs. He hoped that this war torn region would not recognize who he was so that he could slink into the shadows.
• Rui Leaves: Rui left him at the airport. She wished him goodbye and walked out. No reason. She just left him all alone. He accepted that.
• Current Life: The plane ride was short to Wes, mostly because he fell asleep for most of it. He woke up at the sense of landing. He rented a hotel room for the night and was out searching for a house. And there it stood. A empty building with a sign that was turning decrepit with the name "Lester Lounge" still visible in faded red paint. "Well, Why not?" He asked Shine and Shade. "We could fix this place up, get it on its feet again... Plus it's cheap for the size of it." When none of his Pokemon gave him any arguement against it, he bought the place. Hired several people, remodeled a back room, and has been living their for the past couple months.
