Other Appearance Information: Through out his life Wally had to take several trips to the hospital due to hiss severe form of asthma. Along both of his arms he has a few scars from needles that were needed to be put in for the IV drip and to draw blood to test for anything else medically wrong with him. On a few occasions the doctor had a bit of a hard time trying to draw blood from him which resulted in several sticks with the needle in a attempt to try and find the good vein to draw blood from. He usually wears long sleeves to hide his medical scars.
Normally he wears a long sleeved dress shirt and a pair of green dress pants with brown shoes but on occasion he wears his respirator suit which helps him breath in more polluted environments. The suit is actually a dark green hoodie-like top with long white sleeves which has a mask that goes over the lower half of his face. When he does not have his respirator suit on he simply carries an inhaler around in his pocket.

Personality:
- Strong Willed - Since the day he caught his first Pokemon he found his new strength in his sickly life. Although his family wanted to stay in Verdanturf he wanted to prove that he can make it just fine on his own. Even though he had lost to both Ruby and Sapphire a few times he saw his loses more as a strength and it only helped him gain more confidence in himself.
- Kindhearted - He shows undying kindness to both his friends and Pokemon. He puts a lot of trust in them and he knows he wouldn't have gotten far without support. He wants to share the same kindness he felt in Hoenn in hopes to show that everyone has the opportunity to be strong and live to the fullest.
- Lively - After experiencing an adventure first hand he became a quite a lively child back in Hoenn. Everyday he knows that he will get to experience new things and its something he always looked forward to since the day he left Petalburg City. Even if he's a bit older now its a small thrill that never died once in his life.
- Guilty - Although his dream came true to prove himself to everyone he can't help but feel a little bad for suddenly leaving his family behind for his own adventures. He can't help but wonder now and then how life would be if he would have stayed in Verdanturf. He doesn't regret his choice to explore the world but he does wonder how his family is now.
- Over Confident - He hates looking frail to anyone which causes him to push himself even past his limits. Sometimes his will to show his power brings him towards trouble and causes his asthma to trigger after over working himself for too long. Sometimes his will to prove himself can have a negative effect.
BACKGROUND:
History:
- Wally Mitsuru, born in Petalburg City which is located in the Hoenn region. When he was first born he had a lot of difficulty breathing as a baby. He was constantly in and out of the hospital for having weak lungs until he was finally treated properly for such but yet it was a big question if he would be able to live outside of a hospital without being treated correctly on a daily basis. It was a hard call but with much debating the doctor allowed Wally to finally go home with his parents but not without warning of the potential chance that he could die if he wasn't put on oxygen from time to time.to help his breathing. Sleeping would be the most difficult time for him due to the air becoming thinner at night. With the warning noted his mother and father finally took him home.
- It was the start of a struggling childhood for Wally. He was stuck on oxygen through out the day and at night he had no choice but to be on it in order for him to sleep. It made it rough for him as he couldn't do things other kids could do such as play outside or go to school but yet he understood why, even at his very young age his body was weak and frail. He couldn't even protest to go outside due to the fact that even he was afraid that he was going to stop breathing and the way his parents always worried over him didn't boost his confidence to do so however deep down inside he wanted to feel what it would be like to be a Pokemon trainer just like the ones on TV. To travel the world without worry of getting sick seemed fun and it was the start of the inner longing within the sickly child.
- As Wally reached his preteen years his lungs became a bit stronger with some breathing exercises over the years but it wasn't good enough for him to be outside for too long. He was using the oxygen machine much less, mainly only a night which was still a good progressive sign. After a long hard debate between his mother and father it was finally decided that Wally should move with his cousin Wanda and his uncle Riley in Verdanturf Town. The air was much cleaner than where they were living and it was possible that his health could improve if he were to live there for awhile but he biggest issue was traveling there. Wally needed a Pokemon in order to even have a chance to make it there and his parents were extremely reluctant to allow Wally to travel a dangerous road. Seeking help they approached Norman, the gym leader of Petalburg to assist Wally in catching his first Pokemon.
- Wally was excited, it was almost like a dream come true to actually get his first Pokemon. He met both Norman and Ruby who was there to back him up in case something went wrong. Norman lent Wally his Zigzagoon to use to try and catch a Pokemon. It was then that he first encountered Ralts for the first time and with a bit of effort he caught the Pokemon. He was excited, it was his first Pokemon he officially caught as if he was a real trainer and it was the first time in his life he felt a jolt of confidence. He returned the Zigzagoon to Norman who thanked Ruby for assisting. After returning home to his mother and father he showed his Ralts to them and told them that he was going to make it to Verdanturf just fine. Although they were filled with worry they saw him off. It was the first time he would experience battling wild Pokemon like a real trainer. It was a rough trip but he made it to Verdanturf without any issues. As he left the cave was greeted by Wanda and Riley who took him to his new home.
- It felt good for him to be able to go outside and play with his Ralts. The air of Verdanturf was far better than Petaburg and it allowed him become more active. He could tell that his breathing was improving but yet he would still go back to the day he found Ralts. He longed to travel the world with his Ralts without fear of his own illness. After making a hard choice he decided he wanted to go to Mauville city to challenge Wattson. He told Wanda and Riley who forbid him to go however he did not listen. He traveled to Mauville city to prove that he had gotten a lot stronger since he left his home in Petelburg and the fact that his asthma hasn't been acting up as much as of late. When he arrived Riley caught up with him and tried to convince him to return to Verdanturf. It was there he met Ruby for a second time and pleaded for him to battle so he could prove his uncle wrong. He fought Ruby but in the end he lost with only mild disappointment. With a smile on his face he agreed that his uncle was right and he returned to Verdanturf. He still had plenty to learn if he wanted to see through his dream.
- A bit of time passed since that day as Wally's inspiration was at a high since the day he lost to Ruby as he trained as much as he could which led to his Ralts evolution to Kirlia. He got a mysterious invitation from an old man who lived in Pacfidog town to stay there for awhile as it was a good place for the sickly and the elderly to stay. He also earned gift, he was given a respirator suit to help him breath for his adventures around Hoenn as if it was encouragement for him to go. Wanda and Riley allowed this with no hesitation. They saw that Wally was fit to travel on his own finally, more so as long as he had the respirator suit on. Wally packed up everything he needed in a backpack and left for his long journey to Pacifidlog. Along the way he caught two Pokemon, a Cacturne and a Roselia.
- Wally took the next boat to Pacfidog however on the boat a man who was and acquaintance of the old man who wished to see Mirage island was on board. They both were battling a storm that was brewed by Kyogre but on the boat a bag with a pokeball in it was close to being tossed off the boat. Without hesitation Wally told his Cacturne to pin the bag to the boat where he rescued the pokeball which had a Treeko inside of it upon which his Roselia healed. The man saw that as a reckless move and questioned him to why he did such a bold move, however Wally defended his motives by telling the man that he wanted to protect that Pokemon at all cost, even if it didn't belong to him. He explained his trust in his Pokemon, he knew that his Pokemon were strong enough to save the Treeko while he himself was still weak from his illness. The old man soon revealed himself to be Norman, who was actually very proud of Wally for his choice and reasoning. Norman told him that he wanted to go to Sky Pillar to train and test how strong he had gotten in both body and as a Pokemon trainer. Upon agreeing Norman took Wally and the two flew off to the Sky Pillar. It was the only place not being plagued by Kyogre's storms and Groudon's drought.
- Norman challenged Wally to climb to the fiftieth floor where he would be waiting for him. Wally wasn't about to refuse a challenge, this was his chance to show the Petalburg gym leader his worth. A got onto his bike and pulled the mask of his respirator suit over the lower half of his face. It was time for him to ascend up the tower and meet Norman. Wally pushed himself to his limits, he wanted to give it his all in this test. As he was traveling along the forty ninth floor a wild Dusclops was blocking his passage to the final floor. Not wanting to give up he battled the Dusclops with the Treeko he rescued on the boat which won the battle and evovled into a Grovyle. After gaining victory Wally made it to the fiftieth floor where Norman was waiting. The gym leader was impressed with Wally's will and he pointed out how much stronger he has become due to being able to breath in much thinner air from being so high up however that wasn't the end of Wally's trials. Normal gave Wally his Flygon and kept his word with training him. He challenged Wally to a Pokemon battle to see how much of a trainer he had become. It was a long battle and Wally was close to defeating Norman but he ended up in defeat to the Petalburg gym leader. Although he lost Norman saw how far Wally as come and acknowledged him as a real Pokemon trainer, however that was not the only reason why he brought Wally up to the highest point in Sky pillar.
- Upon receiving word from a friend Norman revealed the truth to Wally. Ruby was battling Groudon and Kyoger but there was still one more Pokemon to be awakened and that was Rayquaza. He told Wally that he was the one to awaken Rayquaza so it could help Ruby settle down both Groudon and Kyoger. Wally accepted this and ascended to the highest point of the power, where the thick fog of the ozone layer could be seen. There Wally used Grovyle to awaken Rayquaza but as the legendary was awoken he passed out from the increasingly thin air and from sheer exhaustion. He later woke up in Pacfidog in bed, quickly sitting up and becoming worried with the situation with Norman and Ruby. He was told that Norman took Reyquaza to help Ruby and successfully stopped the storms and drought that plagued Hoenn before Rayquaza left to return to its domain away from humans. Wally also questioned about the Grovyle which was bad news. When Grovyle awakened Rayquaza he fell off the tower and into the ocean, no one has seen him since. Wally felt guilty and regret for letting Grovyle fall but he was assured that it was highly possible that the Pokemon was alive in well. Although he wanted to find and rescue the Grovyle he was told that he should move on and meet Ruby at Ever Grande city to see him off to his battle against the Elite Four.
- Wally took the next boat to Ever Grande but he did not see Ruby yet. He decided to give himself one last big challenge by traveling down Victory Road and making it to the end before Ruby arrived. He reached the end and he waited for his friend to come, knowing that Ruby had to power to make his way through Victory Road. It was then he came face to face with him for a third time. He wanted to see how strong Ruby had gotten and he also wanted to show how different of a person he was now. He challenged Ruby to one final battle before he goes to the Pokemon League. Their final battle resulted in a close fight but Wally lost to Ruby in the end once again however Wally wasn't disappointed like the was the last time they fought. He was actually quite proud that he came so close in keeping up with Ruby. He thanked Ruby for the battle and told him that he will cheer him on until the end. As Ruby left to take on the Elite Four, Wally made his way back down Victory Road with no regrets. He had gotten so far from being a frail, sickly child to a real Pokemon trainer.
- As the years went by Wally traveled across the world to visit different regions not only to sharpen his skills as a trainer but to rescue Pokemon in need. He still had a guilty feeling deep down about the fall of Grovyle but in this effort he wanted to ensure Pokemon would never end up in a similar fate. After a bit of traveling he had finally arrived in Remoor upon hearing that this region was devastated by cold war. He felt that a place like this would need relief efforts he planned on dedicating his time in both helping people and saving Pokemon from the infected and the harsh enviorment. He also took a part time job at the Pokemon ranch in the Nada Citadel. While he's enjoying his adventures across the world he often wonders how his cousin Wanda and her husband Riley are doing, his parents, Norman, Ruby, and Sapphire. Everyone who helped him get this far he can't help but miss them every now and then.

Personality: Protective - He was Wally's first Pokemon and he's been with him since he was just a Ralts. He formed a strong bond to Wally quick and devoted his life in protecting the child. Throughout Wally's journey in Hoenn he watched the sickly boy grow into a strong wiled trainer and in turn he also grew as a better protector to Wally as he evolved. Usually he's seen a lot around him, doing what he can to assist Wally in his Pokemon rescues jobs. He is quite thankful for staying with Wally for so long and he intends to remain his guardian as long as he breaths.

Personality: Sassy - She was given to Wally as a gift for proving himself on top of the Sky Pillar by Norman, the Petalberg gym leader. She always has a witty comment towards something and at first she didn't quite understand what Norman saw in Wally which resulted in witty insults due to her lack of trust in him. As she battled against ruby on Victory Road she saw Wally's determination and she grew to finally trust in him. While she acts tame around Wally it still doesn't stop her from making comments towards other things, even if she seems like she comes off rude. Beyond her sass an insults she is quite reliable and dedicated to help Wally.

Personality: Calm - He was first caught by Wally on his journey to Pacfidog town as a Cacnea. Dispite his sinister look tends to have a level headed air about himself in any given siutations as he believes that remaining clam will bring out the best of one's abilities. He tried his his best to prove his calm demeanor to Wally by using well aimed Needle Arm to pin the bag which had Treeko in it to save him from falling off the boat due to Kyogre's storm. While he knew one minor slip up could have harmed the Treeko further he did not regret trying. Even though losses he remains calm which make it easy for Wally to devise strategies with him.

Personality: Cold - It was found as a Mangneton during Wally's travels. Being a synthetic like creature it tends to come off cold and harsh with the things it would say when its simply calculating the situation. It doesn't hold back from being honest, even if its words may hurt as it believes truth in any given moment is the right way to go. While it seems like an emotionless robot it does show a small bit of emotion when it comes to Wally over pushing himself. Anything other than that it just seems like its a cold, heartless robot.

Personality: Prideful - He was found as a Roselia along Wally's journey to Pacfidog. He takes a lot of pride when it comes to combat and doubts that anyone can match his grace. His pride sometimes gets the better of him which usually results in his defeat but at times his pride is just what Wally team needs and he has gotten through the roughest situations with him. His attitude towards himself tends to iritate others, even a few on Wally's team. Even though he's full of it Wally would not ever want to give him up over any circumstance, he'll always be a valuable asset to the team.

Personality: Joyful - He was caught as a Swablu during Wally's travels. He enjoys adventure just as much as Wally does and he tends to keep a positive air about himself even when the odds are against himself and his trainer. He tends to hum a happily little tune when he's out and about with Wally but he's not completely carefree to the harsh world around him. He knows when to be serious and when to stand up for his trainer. Because of this he makes a good secondary protector to Wally.
