Other Appearance Information: Baths are few and far between for this street rat, and it shows. The fact that her “father”, an old nasty Liepard, hates water might explain that fact. Her hair is usually gnarled in some manner, no matter how much Crib picks at it he can’t seem to remove all the tangles. If he had a pair of hedge trimmers, a large pair, he would shear it off completely, every single foot of it. Foot? Her hair goes down to her hips, and long strangd around the edges goes far beyond that. Not knowing how to fix it, besides badly imitating women in the windows (using hair things she smuggled out of their hair). Sometimes it resembles a bird nest, and others a very poorly done ponytail. On the instances where Cribbins does take her to a nearby Pokemon center for a shower, or bath, she has a small trim, and spends many hours wallowing about in the smell pretty shampoo. Each time though a nurse, who are known for being nasty mean cop-callers, would pick up a phone. At the sight she would bolt from the room, towel and all, and into the street. Her hair is surprisingly straight, when not mussed with an uneven, and broken-edged, comb. She does play with it when bored, or irritated. The twirling of her finger in its sometimes oily strands is calming. The young girl never spells bad, merely of dust. Her and Crib, through use of the only human product he likes (deodorant and cologne), spend much of their time making her smell decent. She also uses spare towels, and quick sneaks into old buildings (with running water) to take quick showers.
Being a child, a very boisterous child, Harper has gotten her fair share of cuts and scrapes. A particularly nasty one, the result of a Growlithe protecting his master’s shop, left a nasty slash through her kneecap. A few more, hook shaped (from poppa’s claws) dot the back of her hands, and the hairline above her cheek. The scars, the whiter ones, are hard to distinguish from her pale skin. Her teeth, which have a few gaps (due to her age), are surprisingly clean. She may not remember much about her life before Poppa, there was little of it, but some strange tooth’s song about dental hygiene stuck in her mind. In a small bag, which she stole from a Skitty, she keeps a toothbrush, a broken come, whatever toothpaste she can swipe, her “mother’s” locket (which is a cheap piece Cribbins snatched from some old stand to stop questions), shampoo, perfume, and bits of crayons. She also has a small storybook about the ugly Swanna hidden in there as well.
The Liepard is not very concerned with her dress, or how she does it. She occasionally, when given her meager share, is allowed to replace the old faded burlap sack (which is an old cheap cotton dress) with a newer one of similar colors. Sometimes she adds a little ribbon or two. She doesn’t really understand the big deal about dressing nice, and may sometimes forego clothes all together. Shoes are rare on her, though she may occasionally find an old pair of clothe shoes, or flip flops in the trash. She prefers bare feet though, it allows her to feel the earth below her.

Personality:
- Impish - She likes laughing, making bad jokes, and playing little pranks. Not on poppa though! The child gets into her fair share of mischief, even without the old cat asking her too.
- Hyper - She has plenty of energy, unlike the older cat. She spends much of her time making up new games, and sports, in order to spend it. Sometimes she even plays with other children, though poppa hates it. The kids don't care when she takes their lollipops. She also gets rid of some with her constant climbling, like a Mankey, and the skip she adds to her little walk.
- Curious - She is always asking questions, and always pestering for answers. Most of the times she was caught involved her curiousity, and urge to linger around interesting targets. Even though she has her hand in their pocket she can't resist her favorite words: Why? What? Where? Who?
- Childish - This is to be expected. Consequences do not comprehend well, and she cannot see what is usually in front of her. She throws tantrums, pouts, and stares at the world through innocent eyes.
- Possesses skewed morals - Her poppa, a greedy old thief, is the best in the world. The things she idolizes, theft, nimble fingers, and manipulation, are not what most consider good goals in life. She doesn't know any better though; Cribbins makes sure of that.
- Craves Attention - Her Poppa, who is wonderful, has four or five other kids to pay attention to. Sometimes she will do something stupendous, or attention-grabbing, on purpose. She might act sick, or jump from a building during a heist, with a somersault. These usually mess with her jobs.
- Charismatic - it's natural to her, just like breathing. She can make her eyes glow and her eyes tear. Her charisma works best on kind-hearted adults though. When she grows, as she must, she will wittle her ability to manipulate into a well-honed blade.
- Decent little actress – Poppa did always tell her she was gonna be a star!- She knows how to act sick, how to cry on cue, how to seem happy, how to act shy--the only issue is, that she doesn't always understand why, or gets distracted.
- Selfish - Simply put, due to what little she has, she guards her possessions strongly. She doesn't share, and neither do any of her other siblings.
- Naïve - Being a child, and unaware, she is quite ignorant of quite a few things. What's a Pravus? What's sex? SHe does use profanity, and 'whore' as insults quite often, though she has no idea what they mean.
- Stubborn – Poppa is a good kitty! - Her way is right, and she will get it. You will admit that Crib is amazing! You will!
- Scrappy – Raised with greedy, and larger, siblings, she is known to hit the other kids, and to fight like a hell cat when cornered. When tears don't work, she'll scratch.
BACKGROUND:
History:
- Birth - Her mother chose a bad time to have a baby. Even though the war raged outside the young family, poor and full of love, they got along well enough. The young Harper had a few months with her parents, probably the happiest of her life, though she only remembers bits and snatches.
- Orphan is a tragic word - The war was on their doorsteps, and they had little to defend themselves. The young Growlithe who guarded them, their only pokemon, was soon destroyed. The house, and both of Harper's parents, soon followed. The baby, by luck of Arceus, was left alive. She was little more than a mewling pile of blankets. Rain quelched the flames, leaving her in a world of smoke, and tears.
- Crib? A daddy? - Cribbin, a dirty and mangy, Liepard had spent most of the day picking the corpses of soldiers for valuables. The pouch, which he used to hold them, was over-flowing to the muddy ground. Harper's home caught his eye, especially all the jewelry on the corpses. He had already pried a wedding ring from her mother's dead fingers, when the sound of crying caught his mangled ears. Curious, like most felines, he made his ways over to the baby. He then, just as quickly, left. The thing, hairless adn bawling, would be better use for the Spearow.
- Where was the ring? - He'd sold the stuff off to his contacts, but the ring was missing. Suffice to say, wanting his dig through corpses to be worth it, he went back to the house. Surprisingly enough, that baby was still there. Clutched in her mouth was that ring. She wouldn't let go. Using his mouth as a pair of hands he drug the baby from the house, ring and all. He wasn't a murderer, just a thief and burglar.
- Do you want this? - No one wanted the child, so, even though he was far from a father, the Liepard found some use for it. The baby, thin and sickly, earned them quite a bit of coin. He even was able to hire some smelly old hag to babysit it.
- Two years - She started speaking. Cribbins started teaching her the way of the thief, and the beggar.
- Infection - They were forced to move from gravesites into town. On the way the Liepard was gravely injured. His other apprentice, dodger, helped carry him into town. After he healed, and he robbed the hospital blind, the trio set off.
- Mistake? - Her first mistake, the one that left her face with most of its scars, almost had them allt hrown in jail. A three year old, a clumsy one, was not exactly aware that the man in the weird hat was a cop. The Liepard, bruised and broken by the officer's assault, fled with the girl. He than proceeded to beat her as well. She never robbed a copper, or talked to one, again.
- A new home? - A nice couple found Harper, who had been named for her constant questions, and took her into their home. The Liepard wormed his way in as well. When that house was cleaned out, he took the girl and moved on. After three repeats of that, the girl stopped taking the nice ladies on their offers.
- Where are they? Who were they? Who am I? Why are we stealing? - Would these questions never end? ever? The creative Cribbins, who would have been an author if he had possessed thumbs, made it his duty to lie to the girl daily. He convinced her that her mission was to protect him, and keep him clothed. One day, when she had been a good girl, her parents would arrive and whisk them away to a far away land. In that fair away land, she was a princess.
- Happy 5th Birthday - They recruited two new children, also orphans of the war (and Pravus) to their side. One, a telekinetic mutant, opened the way to small time houes robberies. But, besides the new recruits, and a very stale cupcake, little attention was paid to Harper.
- My tooth! - Her first tooth, one of the bottom ones, fell out. The cat, not sure how to deal with it, left her at a pokemon center.
- Sixth Birthday - Nothing special, poppa did buy her a lollipop though. It was delicious!
POKEMON:
Name: Cribbins ‘Poppa’
Species: Liepard
Level: 39
Gender: Male
Ability:
Personality: Cribbins, also known as “Poppa” is not a model parent, or much of a parent at all. The children under his wings, mostly young children orphaned during the war, make up his own little network of thieves, conmen, and beggars. When the cops began to crack down his group dwindled down to just three, and Dodger. He is manipulative, apathethic, uncaring, demanding, and a bit harsh. He is also a cunning liar, and vain creature. On top of all that, he is also greedy. The money the children earn? It is used to make his coat cleaner, and to fund him in books and gold. He is an amazing storyteller, but usually does not deign it necessary to interact with his charges. His praise is minimal, as is his attention. If they eat once a day, even if it is a rotten onion peel, and give him his money, he will often leave them to his own devices. He does not tolerate crying though, it grates his ears. He is also known to be a bit rough when a child annoys him. Many of his children, especially Harper, picked up cat-like behavior from him. The girl does lick her “paws” clean from time to time. Cribbins, before, hd no help. A crippling injury during a home break in, which resulted in a twisted rear leg, and scarred face, transformed him from thief, to thief master. He makes up all sorts of stories to satisfy his young charge. Where are her mother and father? When she is a good girl, and does all of what she is told, they'll come in their gilded carriage (of bullshit) and take her away.

Origins: As a Christmas gift from the event! Her father gave it to the girl when it was found among the loot and refused to go away.
Personality: Bubbles hates his name. He is a rather stoic, serious, and mature individual. He is, like his body indicates, is prickly. Gruff and a bit idiotic, he often tells lies about his origins. The little fish came from a scientist who was attempting to make Pokemon to navigate underwater caves. His toxic glow, and green coloration, did not work. He truly dislikes the feeling of the dark anyway.

Instead, as his body is malleable, he has learned to shift his shape into various symbols and facial expressions.
