Mother said that I should Take some time to get my bearings, what better than some place families go? I'll better understand them...
The young morph flicked his ears to and fro; the long tassels of hair at the ends of them making them seem almost comical. The purple hair itself was an odd colour in itself and often people would stare at that more than the morph himself; though it wouldn't take long for them to realize what he was once they got past his strange attire. 94 shrugged his shoulders as he passed by some children; they stared at him for more than one reason he figured. Probably mostly wondering why someone so young looked as he did. Or maybe they were thinking of playing with him? The latter thought was nice; he gave them a short wave and tried to smile but all he accomplished was bearing his teeth a little too widely. The young male let out a surprised shriek and ran off while the female returned the smile and wave before running after what she seemed to call brother. The language they spoke was different than his or the few that he learned so they must be foreign to this area but stuck here all the same. He felt himself sigh and stuffed his pockets into his pants before trudging down the street. His mother had told him that there was a very nice spa here; it had apparently treated her friend very well whom also happened to work for pravus. He trusted employees from there mostly; some of them were shady and others just... strange. The young morph didn't have room to talk with his scales and strange attire though.
I wonder if those kids live around here.... if so they definitely have it easier than some of those in the slums.
The morph continued to walk down the street, signs passing him and glares following him as he looked about. He didn't care about the glares, he didn't really care about what others thought about him if they were complete strangers. It didn't have to affect him either unless someone made it a problem. 94 gave a soft wave to a pair of pokemon that were walking past him and both of them gave him a curt nod. Most pokemon seemed to have a neutral opinion about his kind, though maybe that's just because he was around. Else he'd figure they'd say something different. He stuck his hand into his cloak and pulled out a piece of paper with some words written on it; the directions to the place and the name of it. The directions were pretty much simple as hell; the name though didn't seem to make sense but honestly when humans were concerned a lot of things they did didn't make sense to him.
Earthen Heaven? Wonder who came up with the name....
The morph turned his green eyes upon the door and sign of a place such named; he could see some people inside from where he was standing sure but past that he was wondering what exactly a spa pertained to. He would just have to find out and deal with it. So he did the only thing that made sense; he pushed open the door and looked around his face holding a small friendly smile. He took a moment to survey his surroundings before anything else; it was simply furnished and even had a few magazines sitting about with some chairs. The desk on the other side of the room had someone behind it; he couldn't exactly tell because of how they were seated but they did seem to have longer hair. The colour reminded him of his quick visit to a clothing store where he had found his pants amid all the bright colours they had there. Gulping slightly he went up to the desk which was actually just a bit taller than he was making him frown; he nervously clasped his hands before speaking. New people always made him a bit nervous; but he was sure he'd get along with someone at a place like this rather easy.
H-hello? My mother said that This place would be a good place to relax and just catch a breather. Though she didn't exactly tell me what it is that you guys do here...

"Up, up up!!!!" Surskit was gliding around the room. Her alfalfa-esque point secreted the lovely scent that only Surskits were able to produce, which made the whole even of a small and thin lake appearing on the floor less of a bother to the water pokemorph. "Hey! Hey hey!" She chanted back, matching the intonations perfectly. Her pokemon were blessed to be with such an innately exuberant trainer as Shoshonna, and she them.
The morning started out as it always had: The young pokemorph searching for a Sail fossil in the Remoor archives, opening the spa, eating breakfast (at the front desk), and playing with her pokemon. As usual, the Amaura hunt turned up no findings, the spa opened without a hitch, and breakfast was an omelette. Her pokemon were calm, playing silently with each other. Two mudkips and a surskit in the pools helped to make the whole spa centre smell intoxicatingly fresh, and the mud baths were evenly mixed by Shoshonna and the two mud fish pokemon.
It was at about noon when Shoshonna, doing some more searches in the local paper for the fossil, heard a soft voice. Softer than a usual patron. The small pokemorph was just hidden by the counter on which she was laying. She sat up more professionally, though her tone indicated no formalities, just pure friendliness.
"Hi! Welcome to Earthen Heavens! Well, we do mud baths, we do exfoliants, we massage, we have fools with my very own surskit swimming around, using sweet scent to relax you! If you want a breather, you came to the right place! What was your mom's name? I can give you a referral ticket for the next time she decides to come back here! Oh, what was your name? Well, here, this is a sign up sheet that you need to fill out. We need this general information for the system, and we will give you a free mud bath if you fill it out"
Shoshonna was smiling brightly when she handed the pokemorph the paper and pen to fill out. She never broke her gaze other than to gesture to the pools and other areas of service. The pokemon's features never registered of anything other than beautiful. The hues and shapes and freckles and hair all struck her as a complex art piece. This being was beautiful to her, and the way he talked seemed to be an innocence she knew. She had an affinity to this boy before she even knew it. And she was excited to pamper him today!

Mother was certainly right about the friendly part
The morph felt a little taken back by the friendliness he received from the one running the desk, the greeting caught him by pure surprise and he almost dropped the board and paper they handed to him. He tried to return the smile that she gave him; it turned out a little more teeth filled than he expected but he was sure that she had gotten the point of it. He perked up about the part of the mudbath and swished his tail back and forth while he filled it out his ears wiggling a little bit before he answered her. He still felt hesitant about going here but it was much less so with the reception he had gotten. Hell he was sure if it hadn't been like this he may of just turned about and left wondering if he had found the right place that his mother had talked about. He blinked though when she asked him what his mother's name was, He frowned softly and shifted uncomfortably. Would he give them her number or actual name? The number signified their relation with pravus while the name signified their personal selves... He almost felt himself facepalm when he figured it out.
Her name is... Siegfried... Though she sometimes goes by 17.
The morph felt himself freeze when they asked for his name almost immediately after; would he share his nickname? His actual name? His number? He wasn't exactly sure on that part either; he was almost afraid of giving out this piece of information and he shifted again; why the blazes was he like this today? Maybe he was expecting to be turned away right when he walked in? It'd make sense considering the general reaction he would get from people. Though to be fair he would of probably done the same if he was a human and raised as such. He let out a small puff of air before answering; his words stuttering more than anything. Maybe it was just meeting someone new too? He didn't have a lot of experience with that sort of thing so it'd probably throw him off....
My name is... Bartholemew, Some people at pravus call me by 94 though. Or bart, mostly 94 though
The morph nodded a little bit and finished filling out the paper handing it back to Shoshonna a small smile on his face; he blinked a few times again before realizing she actually didn't share her name. He swished his tail back and forth before letting out another smaller puff of air followed by what seemed to be an eternity of him waiting to draw breath. When it came back in it was almost immediately expunged with a question; though it seemed quieter than before; the morph was still very unused to dealing with strangers; even friendly ones such as Shoshonna.
Well.. Uh what's your name Ma'am?
The voice was definitely feminine, so he could justify him saying ma'am, though would it be age appropriate? He knew being polite was one of the best things he probably could do when meeting someone for the first time like this so Ma'am probably was the best option for him past anything else. Ms might of worked since he was pretty sure she wasn't married. Though you never knew considering all the things people did these days. He felt himself puff up a bit when his next question formed; with every service came a cost... How much would it cost him to relax here?
And.. Uh... How much would it be for a full treatment? Like... all of what you just said?
Even though the morph himself wasn't technically on pravus's worker payroll he still received quite a lot of money for both him and his mother. Though he never saw his accounts since his mother made sure he didn't have to worry about money. She was probably saving all of it or something knowing her.... He still had his card and quite a bit of money that she had withdrew from an atm before telling him to go this way.

Shoshonna saw it in the small child's eyes: nervous. He was nervous, hi body language was nervous, and his voice even shook slightly with the same nervous air that the rest of his body had.
Well, this cannot stand!
The girl thought. She took him in with a wave of content confidence. There was no reason, other than his age, that he should be afraid. He was a tiny little thing in such a bad, dangerous city, but he was strong, and he had Pravus' blessing to live, which, for some people, was more than enough.
"Ok! I shall look her up--here! Aaaaaaaaaand, voila!" She produced a referral ticket and handed it to the small child. He was preoccupied with going through the motions of giving his name, so the wait was not awkward, though maybe a little one sided.
"Ma'am? Pfft, it's Shoshonna Kipling, the daughter of the owners! Lucky you, huh?" She said this with a ring in her voice, one that gave happiness and light a place to be, though it in no way sounded overzealous. She wasn't a haughty women, and tooting ones' horn to her seemed like a natural, but very forced thing to do. She never understood why people need to speak so much about themselves, though they feel they do. She pondered this for a second until the person in front of her the cost of this fine establishment.
"Well...if you don't have any money, you can use the referral ticket!" She chuckled on this, but looked quite serious. " Also, because we're with Pravus, too, we accept anyone, because even those in the slums need to be pampered. Our baseline rate is 50 pokedollars, but donations are greatly appreciated! Whatever you can pay works, and whatever else you want to pay is accepted. Don't be too nervous! You will have the best time ever, and we will get you relaxed, just as your mom...17 said!"

Referral ticket?
The morph took the ticket and blinked; he gave a nervous smile and then nodded before reading over the ticket. He was very tempted in saving this ticket for a time when he didn't have the money. Which may be some time or if he knew someone that his mother no doubt needed some relaxing time away from their work. He stuffed the ticket into his pocket and started to dig out his wad of money; he still had a very loose grasp on money but he figured that most people were honest about amounts. He looked at the wad for a moment before staring back up at Shoshonna; his eyes blinked a few times and he broke out another one of his smiles this one a little less nervous but still was showing the signs of confusion.
Well.. Sh... Sh... Sho... Shosha... no....? Would this be enough?
The morph fidgeted a little bit from stuttering on her name, he was damn sure he was still getting it wrong but he didn't want to keep rubbing that the wrong way. He put the money onto the counter and gave a loose smile. He shifted on his feet some more and looked about the room again his ears wiggling as she continued to speak. This place definitely sounded a lot more friendly than most of the stores that he had been to earlier this week but that was only to be expected since it seemed like some folks didn't like pravus.
If not I can go get some more or something... Mom always said if I needed more I can just ask
The morph nodded and drew back the hood that was covering most of his head; he was inside now so he didn't need to have his hood up. Though it still did show the scar that was over one of his eyes; he was always a little shy about showing those [if not downright against showing some of the bigger ones]. Most people didn't bat an eye but this... Shoshonna seemed much different than those that you would just meet on the street or even in other stores. He swished his tail to and fro for a few moments while he stared at Shoshonna; he was rather curious about her. She had said her parents owned this place? With the way she said it too made her sound less full of herself and a lot more friendly.
We-well.. okay, Where would we start then...?

"Oh! That's a lot of money! Uhhh," Shoshonna took a few minutes counting the money, adding those numbers in her head, and coming to the conclusion that he overpaid by a decent margin. Then she would have to make this a once-in-a-lifetime spa day for this child.
Shoshonna snorted when 94 tried to say her name, though in no way did it indicate she was ostracizing him. "That's so much better than when I first tried to say it! Hah, and most people don't even get that far! You can cal me Shosh, Shah-sh." She hoped that saying it would have been easier, and she liked that he was trying so much!
"You have enough money! Enough for like two spa days, haha!" She went around the counter and grabbed some supplies: a robe, some facial creams, a nail filer, and a towel. "Ok, so, first, we will go put some of this cream on your face near the pool, and I will file your nails...or claws! Hm...I should get a more durable filer. I'll be right back! You can go change in the bathrooms over there. There are lockers. I'll meet you by the pool!"
The pokemorph departed from the other pokemorph, and she grabbed her bigger filer. She thought that a spa day would be good for him. And it would certainly puff up the family's business. That's for sure.

94 nervously shifted his feet a little bit and then blinked some when she exclaimed that it was alot of money. He didn't really understand money in the least bit past that it was supposed to govern how things were supposed to be traded. The young morph had to stand on his tiptoes to even watch what the other was doing. He felt his heart drop when she snorted at first and then he let loose a little breath of air followed by a grin. So people didn't get her name right off the bat most of the time either? It was hard to say, but to be fair he bet that there were others that would stutter over his given name too! He wrung his hands a little bit when she came around the corner; he even went so far as to back up a lil bit.
I was worried that I didn't say it right...Shosh
The morph blinked again and raised his eyebrows, was there really that much in there? He was a tad surprised that his mother would even allow him to carry around that much in the first place! The young morph felt himself shrink a little bit when the other said to go into the other lockers and even went to grab her larger filer. He instead started to follow her and was going to explain why it'd probably be a wiser idea if he was to start with something like a mudbath or a dip in the pool when he noticed something about the other robe that she had handed him. It was comfy yes but it was a bit large for the small morph.
I don't see why it wouldn't be a good idea to maybe start with a mudbath or something? I don't know if I should file down my claws for a few reasons Shosh...
The morph shifted uncomfortably and started to hop from one foot to the other. She had said something about changing? Why would he have to change? wouldn't his robe be enough? The morph gripped the line of his robe with a vice grip and stared up at the other morph. He was rather shy about showing anything like his scars to others even if it was passingly. He was starting to worry if someone would notice his marks and think his mother was responsible which she was not. The morph continued to show hesitation when he continued to talk....
Not to mention... I... really don't like changing.... because... um....

Shoshonna had not even noticed the boy was following her. She looked at him and smiled after he said everything he needed to say. He seemed worried to say the wrong thing, which made the young girl that much more sweet to him. She held her hand out to the pokemorph to inspect his hand. "You're right, filing your nails might not be the best thing to do, huh? I think a mud bath would be great!"
She didn't even hear the boy about the robe until she was at the door. She didn't understand why he wouldn't want to change, but she couldn't let a valued customer feel uneasy in her spa! "Well, we don't want you to do anything you don't want to do, but to take a mudbath, you should be in as little as possible for the skin to absorb the nutrients of the mud! I can wait outside your you to get ready, and I can make sure no one sets a foot in until you are in the bath, ok?"
Shoshonna looked at the young pokemorph. He seemed very uneasy, which was quite hard to be at a place like this! "Don't worry! Today is a day to relax, have fun, and to become one with peace and relaxation. You don't have to do anything that makes you uncomfortable, but you should try to expand your boundaries to allow comfort to find a place in your life, too."

94 felt relief hit him for a few fleeting moments before she mentioned that he should be in as little as possible. The young morph shifted rather uneasily at this part; he didn't mind showing bits and pieces of himself, but the scars he had... It was always wierd showing others in any way since there was the staring and assuming... For him to be so young and have this many... He gritted his teeth a little bit and then nodded a bit more after the last bit that Shosh had said. Expand his boundaries? That seemed like an adult thing to do? Or a very child like thing to accept so easily? Either way he'd have to probably get down to his scales just to feel the mud proper. He bit his lower lip and nodded a small sigh running out of his lips before he spoke. His words were halting; he knew he should be relaxing by now anyways but something just kept feeling off about everything.
As little as possible? I spose.. that'd mean down to the scales then? I don't see why not if I'm going to be sitting in mud... it's just... people tend to stare at.. well..My...
The morph hesitated a little more; should he really share? Well this was a place to relax so maybe someone who knew a bunch of stuff about him would be more welcoming than a more or less stranger. He wrung his hands a little bit and glanced off to where he figured the mudbaths would be. He didn't think that he'd have to be in there for that long either; but in all honesty it didn't seem as though it was terribly busy today either which might be a plus considering his shyness about his body. The morph shifted on his feet a little bit more before finishing his sentance; it was a long considerable pause between the two which made the word sound alone; there to face judgement on it's own.
Scars..
With the word said he felt his tail curl up protectively as well as his ears folding back until they almost touched his shoulders. He couldn't get much more scared looking than how he looked now; nor would he put himself on the spot for someone who wouldn't of been so kind to him right off the bat either. Maybe it was just the way she handled things that made it easier for him to talk to her?
Y-you don't need to do that though...

When the young girl heard the word, she immediately looked more concern. A wave of compassion washed over her. Though she was far from anything he had felt, she knew how it was to want to hide something so there. She was blessed to not be as much of a pokemorph giveaway as 94, but then when the signs did crop up, a lot of explaining was to do. she felt for the child, though on a different plane than him. "Well, no matter what, this is a business, so no one will be judging you, and we expect the same service to go through on your end." She smiled. She hoped that message got across to the child.
"And as for the scars, they will be helped in a mud bath, but we can ensure that no one will be allowed to enter! It'll be a private session, and only staff member will be able to enter--which just so happens to be only me today!" The girl jumped and squealed a little after that quick thinking. Surely he would feel more safe. She was a nice girl, and he was very happy when he wanted to be, so they would be fine. She was sure of it. "Of course! All of our customers deserve the most amazing experience, and you are no different! 94, go get ready for the mud bath. I will meet you there, just me." The girl whisked away to grab supplies for the mud bath routine. A few creams, some scented oils for the mud and her trusty mudkips to be of some emotional support for the pokemorph.
"Now listen, the boy needs a 110% relaxing experience, ok?" "Kip!" The pokemon chanted. "Great! Oh, he has scars, so don't be too shocked, okay?" She picked them up and hurried off to the mud area.
