BASIC INFORMATION:
Full Name: Liam Anders Madigan
Nickname(s): "Shut your mouth before I punch it in."
Gender: Male
Age: 40
Allegiance: Pravus
Occupation (Position) : General specializing in air types.
Species: Dragonair Pokémorph
Powers:
Make Love, Not War
Before he opens his mouth, when he's sitting quiet and still, Liam actually exudes the aura that Dragonair are known for. Those around him feel relaxed and calm, as though the stress is wiped clean from their bodies. Many also extend this feeling to him as well, (incorrectly) assuming that he is placid and peace-loving. It's led to more than one awkward misunderstanding.
Oh, the Weather Outside is Frightful
He's capable of changing the weather. While his years as a Pokemorph have given him control to rival most natural-born Dragonair, Liam still finds it difficult to keep his thoughts and emotions from bleeding into this power. He knows to be careful, to avoid losing control, but it's fairly easy to tell what mood he's in. There'll be literal storm clouds when he's angry; and when he's happy, the sun couldn't shine any brighter.
Up, Up and Away
He is capable of flight without wings, more levitation than anything else. While not fully transformed his human body is not adapted to flying, however, and moving too fast or too high will result in injury.
Get Your Head Out of the Clouds
He's highly sensitive to energy and energy changes, particularly in the environment around him. The air feels alive, its currents and patterns a constant siren song that instills a thirst for freedom and flight. The compulsion is strong and easy to get lost in. There are times when he wonders if he is master of his element, or the other way around.
What Nice Skin You Have
In humanoid form, he is able to borrow features from his Dragonair genes, the most prominent being the scales. He can harden and grow scales over his skin to protect himself, and he can also shed like a snake to remove status conditions. It's a very pretty sight.
Bang Bang, My Baby Shot Me Down
Like most other Pokemorphs, he can transform back into a full Pokemon. He has access to all associated powers and moves, though the retention of his human mind means that he does not innately have mastery over these moves. He has to drill himself to improve, and as a result, all of his moves are "uniquely his", a combination of raw instinct and meticulous sculpting.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:
Face Claim:Aomine Daiki
Hair color and hair style: Blue. It's a dark, almost black shade near the roots, graduating to deep azure and bleached light at the tips, the sky shade of Dragonair scales. There are steaks of bright turquoise jolting through the blue as well, which he insists are natural and have nothing to do with age. He keeps it cropped short with the intent of neatness, but given how fine it is, his hair tends to gather in unruly tufts and arrange itself however it pleases.
Eye Color: Blue
Height: 6'2"
Build: He would love to call himself a muscle-bound warrior of the future, but unfortunately could never pass off for one. Liam's tall and toned, but lacks the ability to broaden up as much as he'd like (it's intimidating, in his view). His build is one that's shared by most big cats: powerful and lean, with muscle tied up in strength and speed as opposed to raw force and bulk.
Skintone: Lightly tanned, particularly about the face and arms. He spends a lot of time outdoors in the sun and the sky, but has a tendency to default back to a fairer skin tone the moment he stops that routine.
Other Appearance Information: Liam's a merry splice of human and dragon. Scales cover his back and shoulders, tapering back to skin around the knees and elbows. They're strikingly coloured: bright blue with white outer ridges, and feel similar to snake skin: dry, soft and cool. He retains a Dragonair tail, complete with the two orbs that are distinctive of the species. It's prehensile, and he tends to favour using it over using his hands (although he does have to admit that opposable thumbs do have their uses). The third orb is located on his sternum, just in front of his heart: a half-circle the size of a golf ball that's fused with bone and is only visible because of the way it pulls skin tight over itself. He's got fluffy ears as well (much to his chagrin), with feathers cupping the rounded human shell before tapering into a sharp point. They're mobile, like a cat's, and he often finds himself flicking his ears in the direction of sounds, rather against his will.

- Talking, bullshitting, social interaction
- The sun, warmth, heat
- Arguing, banter, healthy debates

Mina
Dislikes:
- Sugar, sweets and dessert
- Cold weather, snow and ice is hard on him
- A lack of purpose or direction. He can't stand people or organizations who don't know what they want.
- Micromanagement, nagging, or being controlled. He knows what he has to do; he doesn't need someone making sure that he does it.
- Bullies; it's one of his largest peeves, he hates people who take advantage of another's vulnerability
- Manipulation and mind games. He's too straightforward to think of it as anything other than a waste of time (or cowardice, which is worse).
- Silence. He will fill lulls in conversation with idle chatter, whistling, humming, just any manner of noise.
- Excuses. He cannot tolerate people who don't admit to mistakes and try to justify obviously being in the wrong.
- Stagnation and repetition. He finds it extremely boring and nine times out of ten will find better things to do.
- Irresponsibility, a lack of work ethic, carelessness, ineptitude or, as he calls it, "sheer stupidity". He has unapologetically high standards, and while he does devote time to training those under his command, he will not waste effort on those he feels plain cannot make the cut.
