As I said before.. We need the appraiser to get here. If you two would like I can give you free passes in the mean time.
But-
Tyrusssss... Don't pusssh the matter. Let the man call the appraisssser...
Tyrus huffed a little bit in irritation; they had been in the back room for almost two hours waiting for this appraisal person. When the Pokemorph and pokemon had arrived toting about the tapestry that they had brought along from the temple. Tyrus felt herself sigh a little bit before waving her hand at the man. He had been very helpful but the wait was starting to grind on Tyrus's nerves. She wasn't about to leave the place either because of the apparent value of the object in question. Though she doubted they'd go as far as to cross a pokemorph from pravus. The arbok bumped Tyrus and she let out a soft sigh before nodding gingerly; there was no reason to get angry at the wait. Appraisers weren't ALWAYS timely nor were they always very easy to get into contact with for some stupid reason. She bit her lower lip and then nodded to the man; they'd take the passes and go about to see the sights the museum had.
All right, give me the two passes. If anyone asks I'll show them Sal's pass.
Here you go then!
Tyrus and Salisbury left the room after receiving the two passes; the man stayed next to the tapestry a small frown on his face. What was taking the bastard so long to get here? After Tyrus and Salisbury got a few feet away from the door the arbok gently bapped Tyrus's nose making the morph gack in surprise. Tyrus rubbed her nose a bit and looked up at the arbok her brow furrowed slightly in confusion; they had talked about the nickname that Tyrus kept calling Salisbury out of a habit of shortening things.
Tyrussss... We went over calling me ssssssal....
S-sorry Salisbury. It's a force of habit honestly. And don't bap me on the nose it hurts...
Ssssssorry.
Let's look about a bit okay? Maybe they have more stuff you'd like.
Letssssssss
The two slithered and trotted in silence admiring the pieces that were nicely placed about the first room. Some of them had panels underneath them and a few of them even were related to the dark lion. Tyrus felt herelf sigh again and a reassuring pat from Salisbury made her smile softly.. Well as much of a smile that her facial muscles would allow. Tyrus had been stressed the last few days; she had asked for her room to accommodate Salisbury for until they could actually get to the museum while work was being pressed forth. She shivered a little bit as Salisbury's tail slid over her fur; that felt hilariously weird and she couldn't explain why. He knew that it messed with her though so that's why he kept doing it. She didn't MIND the random pats here and there but the sliding across her fur just... She shook her head a little bit and then glanced around the room a bit. It was completely empty... Not a lot of people seemed to come here. The morph felt herself frown and she gently patted Salisbury's head whom in response flicked out his tongue at Tyrus.
Not a lot of people here...
Maybe they're in the next room Salisbury..
Maybe...
The pair gently avoided the stands that were in the middle of the room and slid into the next room; there was a few people admiring the pieces at least. The arbok puffed up a bit at seeing this; he was rather happy to see this sort of thing she could tell. Tyrus sighed a little bit as they kept looking; a lot of the pieces seemed to be about the gods... Tyrus felt her face flush when Salisbury slid his tail over her shoulder again. He was such a prankster sometimes... The morph and the pokemon kept moving from piece to piece and after a little bit Tyrus wasn't looking where she was going and bumped into someone. This caused her to reel a bit and she felt a stand behind her shift a bit. Her mind reached out quickly and the piece that would of toppled to the floor otherwise merely floated in place. Salisbury was staring wide eyed at Tyrus whom felt her face turn the equivalent to a cherry for her carelessness.
Your reaction time sssssseemsss to improved a lot sssssince we firssst met.
Y-yeah.. still not a good thing I'm so clumsy...
Tyrus turned about and gently set the stand back up her lower lip now being bitten again; she forgot how blasted clumsy she was half the time and then realized she hadn't apologized to the person who she had bumped into! Instead she heard Salisbury doing it for her.
Sssssorry about that. We were rather abssssorbed in the artwork and weren't paying attnetion
A small nod followed from Tyrus and she did the best to smile.
It was my fault more than anything...
